  1. Beat'em and Eat'em II That would really make the Atari 7800 stand out from NES and SMS.
  2. Hi everybody. I just came back from a flea market with a Atari Pong C-100 with a travel case for $20. Beside for some dings on the Pong system, it is in working order which is perfect for my collection but I don't know about the case that came with it as I couldn't find any information online. Does anyone know the price and rarity of the Atari Pong C-100 and the case?
  3. Nice! Especially Up N Down! Thanks I also got Fast Food and Star Trek for 2600 as well. But my greatest finds are: 2600 Artillery Strike/Chuck Norris superkicks for $5 Sear telecade 4 switch with various games like Tapper, Pitfall II, and Comic Commuter for $20 Sega Genesis and Sega CD CIB Snatcher for $3 but it is scratched up CIB M.U.S.H.A for $3 from a Play and Trade! CIB Shining Force and Warsong for $5 NES Power glove with sensor bar: $15 Little Samson that I still have from a kid. SNES Sunset riders, Battletoad and Double Dragon, and Contra 3 for $3 each at Goodwill recently SF Alpha II and Final Fight II for $5 each N64 Ogre Battle 64, Starcraft 64 and Harvest Moon $5 each Intellivision: Box of 2 working Intelivision 2s and nonworking Intellivison for parts with Joystick attachments for $3 Truckin for $1

  5. I found my Woodgrain 6 switch at a Flea market around 2007 with only paddles, some instructions for games that weren't there, and a storage case for $20 but had to pay another vendor $2 per game so I could have something to play with when I got home (I believe the games I got were Berserk, Enduro, Space invaders, and Breakout) Since this was my first time with a 2600, I didn't know you had to push the reset switch to start the game so I spent the first night hopelessly pressing the controller buttons trying to play a game.
  6. Just got a Wico joystick with its box at a Goodwill for $3 and its wonderful. In your opinion, what is the best joystick/Controller for the Atari 2600?
  7. Sorry about the pictures, that what I get for using my phone's camera. This time I took the effort to find my camera and edit the size of the photos. Besides the splotches, I don't see any other types of water damage unless it is under the shielding. I just thought it could be a possibly after looking at the owners manual with a water stain that came with it, anything could have happen to it inside the box before I bought it. Since I got free time today, I guess I should open that shielding and check the damage.
  8. I just opened the 2600 and noticed the circuit board has splotchy stains on it. Could this be water damage and does this mean its FUBAR? Still I haven't open the large metal shielding, should I look into that too?
  9. Tried both of your suggestions, I pretty sure it is some internal problem now and don't know where to begin to search for the problem.
  10. Tried it and did not solve the problem, I guessing its something else. What should I do now, I am at a lost here.
  11. First time poster with a dilemma here. I have this nice Sears Tele-games six switch Atari 2600 complete with box that I bought a few years ago. It worked about for a year and now it gives out either a black screen or funny scrambles of lines depending what cartridge I put in. I know the power adapter works since I have tested it with two other Atari 2600s. I am not sure if I cleaned the cartridge slot of the Atari correctly or something else is the problem. Any advice?
