  1. The Mr. Do! listing sold, still 10 games out there and the Video Game Center. Thanks to any from here who went over and looked.
  2. Thank you for the good advice. It is my intention to always do the best I can to know what I am talking about, or at least admit freely that I do not. I would much rather be brutally honest than make a fool of myself by spouting nonsense around people that have much, much more experience than I do. With that in mind, do you have any comments, corrections, or thoughts with regard to my first post? And, without taking too much of your time (I don't want to take advantage of you) can you suggest resources wherewith I can educate myself? I am pretty knowledgable in music and musical instruments, being a professional musician in a National Guard band on guitar and trombone. I already have plenty of resources and accurate data there. I am pretty much a noob when it comes to video games. The little I know I have picked up from browsing the internet, esp. here (AtariAge) and talking to a few locals. How would you rate the rarity guide on A/A? I am always eager for more good information. Thank you Zwackery -
  3. Thanks youse vera much. - Goombahese Mangen takk, mangen tusen takk. - Norwegian (Many thanks, many thousand thanks.)

  6. Hello all auction forum posters and readers. I am new to the Atari world, though I grew up when the first systems were just being manufactured. I graduated high school in 1979, never owned a video game console. I pumped quarters into arcade machines, but never took the plunge. Now I am "eclectronic," a member of ebay who specializes in listing different types of electronica and vintage consumer electronics, musical instruments, and other stuff. My first auction listings are some Atari 2600 stuff, among which are a Video Game Center in very good condition and a number of cartridges. The rarest cartridge is Mr. Do! (rarity 5) complete with original manual, the cartridge is in near mint condition and the manual is very good. The auction on this cartridge ends in a day and 3 hours, I just got the idea to post about it here a couple days ago. Unfortunately, the time it took for the moderator to approve me for posting cut down the time left on the auction. My fault for not planning better, but I hope a few people will see this and make their way over. My ebay user name is eclectronic, here is a link that is supposed to take you to my listings, hope it works! eBay Seller: eclectronic Nice to be here, this is a great website and a great community. I will continue to have new listings on video games, including more 2600 stuff, including a vader black 2600 in as near to mint condition as I can conceive. I look forward to conversing with and getting to know many of you. Thanks for reading (and checking out my auctions!). Edit 9:28 PM - In reading back through my post I realized it sounded like I could be blaming the moderator for delaying me, I apologize, that is not what I meant at all. It was simply the time it took for me to go through the normal joining and verifying process. I don't want to get off on a bad foot! Happy to be here, talk to you all as time goes on.
