How do I know if my carts qualify toward the 125 club?

I just finished organizing my Intellivision collection and am wondering which games I'm missing. Is there a handy list online?
Also, I think I qualify for the 125 club but I'm not sure how some of the carts are counted. Do you count homebrews? If so, what if they were released more than once (4-tris) or by different groups (Minehunter)? What about Intellivision carts that were released by Mattel and again by INTV (or as a Sears label for that matter)? What about Pac-man that was released by Atarisoft and by INTV (at least I think since I have a non Atarisoft cart of it). What about games that were re-released after they lost their license or had a slight name change (like baseball). It's all so confusing
