  1. It sure would seem that way. Does this happen very often? May have kept legit bidders away over the weekend.
  2. Yea. Make that 41 now. Shady dealings. What's the point of doing this?
  3. Found these in my video game collection storage. Puffy stickers, 8 per sheet, featuring arcade marquee style logos screenshots of VENTURE, MOUSE TRAP, It's cool that half of these were never released- SPECTAR, MR.TURTLE, RIP CORD, SIDE TRAK and both HEAD TO HEAD BASEBALL and FOOTBALL were handheld games that would get released, renamed as 'Super Action' titles. I think its interesting that they'd release stickers for games that wouldn't make it to stores. Judging by the 1982 copyright, I'm thinking marketing must have been working a little bit ahead of the rest of the company? https://www.ebay.com/itm/132773459756 (Special bonus, ancient Donkey Kong Puffy stickers.. pretty cool too) https://www.ebay.com/itm/132773458753
  4. ***After consideration, and some member blocking, I decided to end the auction early and relist it with a Buy It Now of 80% what it got up to. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5575378759&campid=5338273189&customid=&icep_item=132778708567&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229466&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg&toolid=11111 Time to finally let it go. Auction is live up on Ebay now. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5575378759&campid=5338273189&customid=&icep_item=132771539338&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229466&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg&toolid=11111
  5. Hey thanks for all the responses I'll be getting to you all shortly!
  6. It doesn't shout a brand name like you might expect of a legit product; but the VidCo name is used quite a bit throughout the instruction panels on front and back referencing the source cartridge as your "pre-selected VidCo cart." From what I gather VidCo rebranded Zimag game carts for this one-off product - the included game cartridge, Dishaster and/or Tanks But No Tanks may have been stamped or imprinted with VidCo logo.
  7. That's correct. Game sharing made easy - 80's style. I added the instruction photo from the back of the box. Check it out - and always use fresh batteries!
  8. Still factory sealed, new and complete in the box, Vidco Copy Cart, packed with 'Dishaster.' In the early 2000s, I bought a little dead stock for sale in a used record/head shop. It was boxed common games and a couple third party controllers however, there were also 2 new-in-the-box sealed Vidco Copy Carts! In 2003, I traded one of the Copy Carts to another forum member. I hung on to this one for another 15 years Because it was the cool point of interest in my collection. Almost pushed 'List It' on this as an ebay auction. Thanks for looking and any advice or serious offers you can make. *edit* couple more photos added to show the instructions on the back.
  9. You guys are amazing. outstanding demos!
  10. Hey thanks, I programmed the WOPD cart and had Albert here at Atariage make them, that's available at the link above. My bandmate did this new 'dub cart' and is considering building them himself per order. So yea, it's still up in the air. I'll bump this topic or contact anyone interested here when he has an idea of release date and price! Thanks for the interest!
  11. I would GUESS that its a capacitor or 2 respsonsible for the color value warming up and changing your colors. Some components on the pcb are going to be more sensitive to heat then others. Capacitors are made to operate within a range of values and they will change with temperature and other environmental factors. Cheaply made caps will have a wider range of operating tolerance.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hJ2n-9oPa0 Check out a working prototype of a new music cartridge from my band Burnkit2600! Written on/with tools by Paul Slocum and Ctrix, it features two stella-ized versions of songs from their "Duke Dubious Digital Dub Selector" album. It'll be a follow up to our 2003 cartridge release for Wepaons of Past Distractions. that's here: http://sounds.burnki...st-distractions
  13. This topic has been dead awhile but I was just thinking of how this lumaphone is sitting in a closet. I've had it for a few years now. I like the video output, the images look great and blocky on my TV. Anyone stateside on the forum still have one?
  14. Thanks Cassidy for the handful of chips. Unfortuantely, none of them seemed to have worked properly. I got some interesting bars and patterns but no games. So, i cleaned the chip connector points and later opened up the cart to see if there were any loose connections, but it all looks ok. As long as i got it open, thought you guys might like to see the inside of this device. Anyone see anything that looks out of place or have any other suggestions?
