I really love Tapper and Bank Panic! Wonderfully addictive and totally manic!! I remember getting upto 600,000 on Bank Panic without losing a man and then lost them all in quick succession because the game just got ridiculous after that.. Also Battlezone would be my most played one, but the controls are awful on a PC..

Yeah, I could see how it could be seen as that but no its exactly the same as Galaxians but with the addition of the 'boss' kind of screen every so many rounds.. I saw this twice in my home town, once in a cafe and the other time at Asda superstores

Thanks for this.. so the idea is to move backwards and keep turning every so often.. makes sense I suppose. bet the timing needs to be exact on those super tanks tho...

I remember playing a version of galaxians back in 79/80 where there was a yellow space ship that thundered across the screen after so many levels.. I seem to remember the cabinet saying Galaxia? After hitting the yellow space ship a load of missiles would fly towards you and you'd have to avoid them.. then it was back to the usual Galaxians type of game.. Anyone recall this?

Anyone got any good Battlezone tips..? My highest score is around 60,000 or so (yep seriously bad I know) but I used to see 500,000 a few times at the local fair. Whats the best strategy? I find that its impossible to play once the Super Tanks arrive as they move so darn fast Any help graciously received!

I always remember going into the local pub and seeing ridiculously fast times for the 100m in Track and Field like 4.91 secs.. How did they do it? My friend was a pro drummer and I think the fastest we ever saw was around 7 secs or so? Its bugged me all these years...
