  1. Yes, you have to use the link provided by Mclaneinc on page 34 of the current thread instead. See:
  2. Yes ! It works with WinRAR 7. So far my installed version was 3.63 and I never met issues before. Thanks.
  3. Hi. I tried 3 times on different computers (to be sure) and it seems to me the mega.nz file link provided by Mclaneinc leads to a corrupted .rar file that I'm not able to repair. Can someone please share a link to an integrated version of the file ? Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi. I caught the debug log from my device when trying to download one of these SGM games that fail on my console. The log file shows a lot of "retry timeout" messages. I sent the log file to Mozzwald for analysis and he said "[...]FujiNet tried connecting to get the game but some problem occurred. We have been noticing more timeout issues recently with the hosting provider (Digital Ocean)[...]. So I guess I should not be the only one to face issues when trying to download/boot SGM games from fujinet.online.
  5. I'm in touch with Mozzwald who suggested me to create a log through the FujiNet to get a lead about what's going on. Since I have to put my hardware away for a couple of week, I'll give you information in this thread when I have something new to share.
  6. Hi. @NIAD Thanks for your explanation, I actually missed the 32K limitation you mention. I however checked the size of these SGM games I found on "fujinet.online/ADAM/SGM games" and those which don't work ("Cold Blood" and "Danger Tower" for example) are listed as 32K roms. Perhaps these files (and perhaps more) are corrupted on the server ? When I try to load one of these games, the FujiNet "orange light" stays on and the reset button doesn't work, I have to switch FujiNet off and on again to have the device reseted. For the record, as you mentionned it, I loaded both games with success using Atarimax Ultimate SD cartridge. The rom files I used, however comes from AtariAge forum, not from fujinet.online.
  7. Hi all. I've got a French (RGB) Colecovision console plus ADAM computer expansion. I also have a genuine Super Game Module from Opcode (latest version I guess). So far the few SGM games I've got run fine with my hardware. Today I wanted to give a try to the FujiNet device I just received and which brings me access online to some SGM games I never tried before. Unfornately I can't start most of these SGM .ROM file on my hardware (my console and FujiNet are both "stuck" during the loading step) 😞 Could it be because those games were designed to run (only) on US NTSC console or is there something I missed in my setting ? Thanks in advance for your help.
  8. Hi. Simius, would you have some fresh news about the production of a new batch of PAL Sofia boards since the last time I visited this thread ? JihemB
  9. Hi. I confirm it works fine on my SECAM 800 XL. Ultimate Cart works fine too. AFAIK there is no hardware (except perhaps those that are in close relationship with GTIA, like the Sophia Board which is declined in NTSC, PAL and SECAM version) that doesn't work with SECAM XL. BTW : Ricky, if you do business with UK (Retro Lemon for instance) be aware that you'll probably have to add customs fees to the price of your order (I was charged 12€ more by French post office/customs for a single AVG Cart PBI connector cable a couple of weeks ago !).
  10. Tell me if I'm not wrong, you're speaking about Sophia 2 (DVI) although the board I'm interested with should be Sofia 1 (RGB) ? In both cases, sure the component shortage will have consequences, except if Simius already have ready RGB boards. If he can read us, maybe he will give us some information here, before I MP him.
  11. Hi everyone. Thanks to those who helped with suggestions for modifying my SECAM motherboard (Mathy, Irich2). I eventually found someone who accept to buy my SECAM Sofia (since he has the skills to modify his own Atari 800 XL with). As soon as the transaction is over, I'll place another order to Simius for a PAL Sofia. I however have to re-check where to connect the audio wire of the cable on the motherboard since I missed this piece of information (maybe on the link suggested by GoldenGraham ?).
  12. Plan B: I just bought on eBay another Atari 800XL from a seller from west-France so this time it is a PAL Atari 800 XL and I checked that the GTIA is actually already mounted on a socket ?. In a couple of week I'll contact Simius to buy a PAL Sofia from him... In meantime, if a person in France browses this message and wants to try to update his/her Atari 800XL SECAM, he/she can contact me via PM so I'll can resell my SECAM Sofia.
  13. Thanks for your suggestion but, because of Brexit, I avoid as possible business with UK because taxes dramatically increase item price, especially shipping fees.
  14. Same for me... if there is a 220/240V 50Hz version compliant with European (French) power source.
  15. @ Simius : Thanks, I found the actual FGTIA location on my motherboard (see below). @GoldenGraham : Thank for your help however, as you can see our respective motherboard are different. There is no RF out on the French SECAM version, the only audio and composite video out is a DIN5 socket on which you can either plug a split cable (yellow cinch for video, red cinch for audio) or a SCART adapter (my case). I was speaking about the mother shield which you put back on your pictures. My next concerning will the path for the DB9 cable to bring RGB out of the Sofia board and which is supposed to get out the computer using the PBI connector window (to keep the computer as stock as possible). I checked with a friend who confirms it is not easy to remove an unsocked chip to put it back on a socket without professionnal skills and equipment. He even suggest me to search for a new FGTIA chip as a replacement. I'll keep you informed about this project but not in a near future (until I find a professional to process my motherboard).
