this is pure speculation as i see it, it may be too much like skeleton and the rpg elements would have to be stripped out , but maybe a little fun might be had from these screens. any interest in a little akalabeth world of doom 2600?
I was playing around with some really basic enemy AI today and built a small enemy wanders around on his own program that includes some collision detection based on parts from move_around_rooms. Hope this is useful.

I have to point out that the Adventure box art does show multiple adventurers, so yeah maybe that's a little misleading. I also think that whoever wrote the article should have made some effort to find better examples.
