  1. 3y hijack lol If the console had a SD slot it could be updated. I did it back in 2009/2010, but for a specific model (sys version, if I remember correctly v112), not a very good update it only changed 2 flags, but improved a bit the quality. Then in 2016 a Russian team release 3 more updates for 3 different "models" good updates, but only for, again only specific "models". Plus before that the Russian scene was fixing game by game they even released a tool the auto fix at least games using the GEMS audio driver. And finally between 2017 and 2018 a brazilian team release a "universal" update for all Atgames clones RK2 based, the best update. RK GOAC is used by Radica clones and early Atgames ones. RK2 GOAC aka FIRECORE used by all later Atgames clones. RK2 aka FIRECORE uses a Truecolor color palete and some other minor enhances/fixes. If used color enhanced MD/G games can be done, thou not compatible with original MD/G consoles. And for what I know Atgames has license to produce GG, MS, MD, Sat, DC sega home hardware. It may have changed along the years, but the initial contract was that. (sorry my English)
  2. Be careful because there are diferences between the diferent regions within the same VA board revision.
  3. A warning just for those thinking that are geting (mint CIB) rare 32X games for a low price they are just reproductions.
  4. - Burning Fists Read here about the game itself and it's history: http://www.sega-16.com/2006/03/preview-burning-fists-force-striker/
  5. And don't forget the colores of the start button. There are oficial 3b controllers with the Start button with this colores: White, Light Grey, Grey, Blue or Red. And 6b controllers I only saw: White, Grey or Red.
  6. Even the 6b controllers have had improments.
  7. theloon, we sure can code stuff with BasiEgaXorz for the MegaCD, but there is still some stuff to learn about the MegaCD. To others even the Mega Drive can emulate other "machines" still within it's own limits. For example years ago at a Retro Party here in Europe I had the chance to see some "emulators" running on the stock MD, prove of concepts. But one of the emulators got my eyes because it ran on a modified MD. It was a classicGB emulator thou it only ran small PD roms it ran full speed sadly with no sound and was loaded via MegaCD. Since I see here that the SMB4MD was mentioned, The same author, Mairtrus, has coded a NES "emulator" for MD supporting Mapper0 only and has no sound.
  8. What is the lastest "lib" for Coleco for use with SDCC? Where can I get more useful reading about the coleco hw? Yes I know that looking at the "lib" used with SDCC I can get info too. But it's not the best of the ways because z88k under Master System use I end up fixing some stuff over the crt0. I have got a pdf about the TI vdp and the z80 asm is universal stuff. What I wonder is the internal ram banks and stuff like that! (sorry my English but not my native lang) xD
