I have an old atari mega 1, selling as-is. It turns on and makes noise when plugged in, but I have no way of further testing. When I bought it less than a year ago, it worked fine (original seller tested it for me). I have not even messed with it since then, so I do assume nothing will be wrong with it. It comes with the console and power cord only.

I've got both, selling both to fund some more Apple purchases Mega 1 only includes the computer and power cord. It powers on and has the "loading sound" once light turns green. Mega 2 also just the computer, been in my PC for years. Tested and working a while ago. Both sold as-is. I no longer have an Atari monitor, but might be able to hook these up to see where they're at. Pics if requested, also as far as asking prices I don't really know. Just thinking about $20 for shipping, each. I'm in Houston, TX. Thanks. Edit: Mega 2 is spoken for.

1) I used the shipping of the last 1040 that sold, I always ship my items better than I would expect to receive, and refund the buyer the other costs if it's more. I've never shipped something so large so I could be off here. 2) I don't have a 1040 monitor, is there something I can look for that lets me know it works right besides actually using it on a monitor? 3) Yeah I put a reserve to protect myself from selling too low, I didn't want to do buy it now because I don't know what this machine is worth in this condition.
