  1. Nukey, Thanks for the tip about the second dot, I hadn't actually worked that one out yet. The problem that Indenture has is that it is just SO BIG. As a kid I remember getting a bit confused going around the original adventure map, but it eventually became second nature to me. Indenture has so many rooms that you sometimes forget where you've been - the fact that I am hopeless with maps doesn't help either! I tried using the "print Screen" button on my keyboard, which supposedly sends the screen onto the clipboard. But I think VGR must have spiked it or something because all I got was text. I really have to be committed to playing this game in order to find out all the secrets and so on, but at the moment I'm finding it both frustrating and repetitive. I don't want easy answers, just the ability to map things properly!!!
  2. I have the screen shots for the original game. What I'm after is screen shots for INDENTURE. Any takers, or is it too secret??
  3. After seeing my orignal post, a very nice fellow emailed me a copy of Indenture. After playing for about 2 hours I go to the internet to find the maps. No luck yet, and from what some of you have said it will be hard. I found the second "dot", managed to get into the green castle, find the shiny numbers and then accidentally re-load a previous game when I was trying to save the current one! Arg! One difference VGR put into the game is that the bat can sense objects in the frame next to one it is in. If you trap the bat in, say, the yellow castle then walk up to the entrance with an object, the bat comes OUT of the castle and takes it! The Dragons also seem to do the same. Does anyone know how to capture the screen shot so a map can be made? [ 07-25-2001: Message edited by: neilinoz ]
  4. Hi, I'm brand new to this board. I'm no programmer, but about 12 months ago I downloaded PCAE. When I was a kid I fell in love with ADVENTURE. My brother (now a programmer) discovered Mr Robinnett's Easter Egg - I think he may have been the first. Anyway, I loved the game so much as a kid that I wanted another, expanded, version of the game. Same deal - get the chalice to the Gold castle - but have a different maze and general layout. Has anyone ever thought of making this? It's obviously not a new game as such, but it does have potential. Just think - trying to find the red key in the maze in the blue castle so you can get the black key in the red castle!!!
