  1. There are no issues with the GUI with current operating systems and Steve has been very good with supporting the loading software and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
  2. I have an upcoming Elektronite release this year, and this model is not something that I wish to use for it. It is an original concept and one of my testers says it is potential GOTY material. That being said, it is going to be a risk to produce the game, and I hope to find community support for the title. I don't see the GBUE model working in other situations where a game is not well known by many and has no fan base already.
  3. True. If the campaign is a failure, there will never be more made. It's a moot point as the deadline has been passed. Expect an announcement tonight.
  4. The personal ROMS will contain information about where the ROM came from and be personally identifiable. The cartridge is going to be watermarked as the cartridge version. If it is successfully dumped and ends up on a ROM site, the team will know where it came from. The cartridge version is identical to the ROM versions, except that the ROM versions will be individually compiled for supporters if the ROM is given out to supporters.
  5. To be clear, I'm not the 'publisher' on this game. I took the money and I'm putting the game on cart. I'm also shipping out the carts or depending on the outcome of the campaign, the CIB copies. I had zero financial risk in this release. In the respect that I assisted and took the payments and helped out in other ways, I'm a supporter too. I have ONE personal copy. I won't be selling any more copies now that the campaign is over. There are two resellers and I'm not one of them. PS: I am indeed proud of my contributions.
  6. The one previously owned by me was passed along to Doug P. aka 'Foom'. He's owned it since about 2010.
  7. I am doing the distribution for Napoleonic Wars. I've got about 30 copies remaining for North America. If interested, send me a PM or get the ordering information by emailing homebrewinc@hotmail.com
  8. No it isn't. Intellivision Collector never withdrew sales of HIS ROMS, (until you guys started pirating them) he was no longer going to sell ROMS on behalf of Elektronite, Homebrew, Inc., Carlos, Carl Mueller, Brian Pudden, and others. All of those people had to find ways to distribute their ROMS as they were no longer going to be administered by Intellivision Collector after January 1, at which time they would be removed. Reading comprehension seems to be a bit lacking. Either that or, more likely, you're just grasping at straws trying to justify your 'preservation' effort.
  9. My New Year's resolution is to get my website in order. I'll be selling ROMS for Elektronite there. I will be seeing about hosting Homebrew, Inc. ROMS there too. Maybe others too. In the meantime, any requests for buying unprotected released roms in 2024 will have to be handled via email. Email me at elektronite@hotmail.com for requests for ROM purchases.
  10. yes, I have Cat Attack!!! copies too. I'll be building 10 or so copies of everything in the next two weeks.
  11. More copies are available now. I just have to build some. Email me at elektronite@hotmail.com and I'll give you the details on payment. I'm going to be working on my website this year (New Year's Resolution) and get an ordering system figured out.
  12. Hello, email me at elektronite@hotmail.com I can sell you a copy of Robot Army as soon as I build some more copies this week.
  13. That is correct. Unfortunately, I have not gotten around to rebuilding the website and have been concentrating on other stuff. I will get to it soon. I have an agreement with LTO to make JLP circuit boards exclusively for Elektronite, and have been doing so. I have enough JLP stock to produce more copies of our entire library and to publish new games that use the JLP cartridge. I am not a JLP reseller, so other publishers will have to source JLP boards through Intellivision Collector. However, the “drought” is over for Elektronite. We have plenty.
