  1. I try to use xas99 assembler bin cart but I've a problem with E/A utilities that is used in Molesworth examples: Is necessary the "dsrlnk" utility that is not provided by xas99. How can I add these utility ?
  2. Is the same for me....consider that in 1983 in Italy few people still had a home computer and it was not possible to find any documentation or experts. Furthermore, it was literally impossible to have a PAB to be able to work in assembler. After 40 years I can finally satisfy my desire to make a game without the slowness of "TI BASIC"
  3. I know that is possible to create a cartridge image but that is not compatible with E/A opt.3 example of the Moleswhort book. Lee can you explain the statement above ?
  4. I’m already using the xas99 for compiling source. The result is an *.obj file that I load with E/A option 3 (Molesworth examples in book). But debuging is very anoyng (all time I must compile and load in the emulator with E/A cartridge opt 3). Is there the possibility to create an output that is directly loadable in memory and how ?
  5. If you wanna f**k with the eagles, you have to learn to fly😝

  6. HI, I'm Roberto and I'm Italian. This is my first time writing in this forum which I have been following for a long time. I have owned a TI99 since 1983 and today I am interested in learning the TMS9900 assembler. I have a basic understanding of assembler in general and have read and practiced "Introduction to Assembly Language for the TI Home Computer" by Ralph Molesworth. I wanted to ask you if you recommend following this post from the first page and possibly with what type of development configuration (emulator, debugger, assembler)
