  1. This is a fantastic project. I've been a big fan of Atari art since the beginning. I even make computer wallpapers and icons out of images I've downloaded. Count me as a definite buyer.
  2. I have a comic book collection with approximately 6,000 issues. I also collect action figures of the super-heroes I dress as for conventions, store appearances, and charity work.
  3. 3 Heavy Sixers 1 7800 2 Jaguars 1 Atari 400 1 Atari 800 2 Atari 800XLs All should be in working condition. I'd love to add a 5200 and a pong dedicated console some day, if finances ever allow it.
  4. MM, it has been over 20 years since I started playing this game, and I still fear Sinistar. The only hints I can impart to you is get those sinibombs as soon as possible, destroy those doggone tanks so they don't cheap shot you, and then get to a clutter-free area. Watch your radar, and as soon as Sinistar is about to come onto your screen and kick your butt, fly directly away from him and release those sinibombs. Sinistar tends to beeline right towards you, so unless there are obstructions, he should fly straight into the sinibombs. Just pray you have enough of them to kill him before he reaches you or one of those doggone tanks shoots you.
  5. I am looking through the webarchives right now; thank you very much for the heads up and the link on that. I do not remember the names of the graphics files, but am pretty sure that "Savage" and/or "Snow" was part of it. Can you direct me to some information on how to rip sprites from MAME? It sounds like it is more than just the screen cap function and that it just might fit the bill. Thanks again for the help. There's nothing quite like kindness from strangers who are fellow Atari fans. C7
  6. Quite some years ago, I downloaded pictures of the character "Savage Snow" from the website for Atari's Area 51 video game. I can't remember the url, and I seriously doubt the site is around these days. Can anyone help me track down those pictures again? Thanks. C7
