Hyperspin is the most popular GUI for emulation on the PC....now XBOX is set to look simlar...and be very flashy http://coinopsproject.freeforums.org/capcom-fight-club-new-dash-preview-released-t1263.html grabbing this will show you emulation with style on the xbox 1....CoinOPS is still the way to go for 10,000 games but this is the way to go for a best or top systems....its in the works across all systems etc now

cool....hey have your say on when coinops 5 is released on the working group....ill be deciding on the thread on release timeframe this week from that thread....it wont be public if you have a thought on it...you can discuss it here with people if you want....ill lock down a release time frame by the weekend....

just a few but they are vocal....strange behavour they say I log on as others and stuff like that as you found im easy to find and communicate with. They never talk face to face, bully people on facebook and stuff like that....really thats no worries they are just kids id say....but I am open to an open community.....they lock it away cause they are scare of coinops by looks.....just keep that stuff out and I can help anyway you want....id say I unstand CoinOPS pretty well

its all good it was reference to the other site mentioned.....as long as they dont bully here im fine with you guys....they like to track me down and stop you guys finding out about howing to use coinops more....most dev seem scared and seek to flame coinops from all sites....hope im wrong.....they seem to think coinops threatens all other emulators on the xbox so they ban together trying to stop a hobby......I wont say anything more about it....if it doesnt go that way im here to help......

hehe we know it well.........but the reason for this thread is the complete lack of help and understanding of CoinOPS and the agender to say its rubbish when its the largest downloaded and loved EMU the xbox has seen..... im here to help....please keep out stuff that will lead to the agender of other dev that cant see any other option but to remove coinops....it can turn to this quickly....kill it quickly as these people will make me retreat and you will be back with your issue that I cant support you unless you come and see me....im there I talk and I dont use other names etc....

somethings wrong with your ftp if it does that....it wont delete the contents..... anyone can put CO5 standalones over any previous build no worries.....some roms might have diff versions but it wont break anything I dont release it so its not up to me....others release the final product.......the release will be discussed by them soon id say....I continue on with features and stuff

its looking like coinops 5 will be released soon its up for a vote in the working group at present to features vs release date....if it goes the way it might it will be out soon....soon ill know

just overwrite things....the folders with nothing in will do nothing it wont delete the contents (im not saying to delete anything.....just overwrite the folders are there incase you are just putting this on with no previous build)....100s of people use standalones with no issues they just overwrite everything and delete nothing....the emu will selfupdate when booted retroarch is now on the xbox1......

I agree and ill try and address it...but all you normally need to do is over write things....only the fan builds didnt do that all the rest you just copy it all over the top and the emulator will do everything itself.... you guys should try RetroArch it a new multiplatform emulator for xbox 1 maybe its better

I dont normal move games....out of 100 builds ive done it twice.... there is a supported games list file with all builds.... standalones are for fans really...so I dont have much issue there...they are betas with all the stuff people ask for....I tie it down and test and fix it all for a few months then release a full... the site is there for people to ask questions and expand on whats there....over 12,000 games are now supported pack wise by others...I dont really look at this stuff but CoinOPS can do it.... in truth everything is just time and im only one person

hmmm by updates do you mean packs with games in (packs) or software updates (standalones) they are different things
