  1. Yeah I missed the sale 😞 wondering if anyone out there happens to have a copy of Popeye for the 7800 they're willing to let go for a decent price? Thanks 🙂
  2. Yeah I mean I don't mind to pay a little extra but I was thinking about it I figure some people probably ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Again I don't mind paying a finder's fee but, there's always a point where some people think they can just ask the moon and the stars. I remember when the Atari cone buttons were just being reproduced. The market for the old ones the prices dropped like a rock.
  3. I don't think there's anything I can really contribute too much other than I said it for years that Atari really needs to align themselves with Atari age. We seen other up starts and companies try to alienate or push out groups or fanboys. That would be like the Ford motor company going to a classic car convention and trying to sue everyone for coffee right in friendships. Not a good move. So I got to applaud Atari on this one. I hope the Atari age logo doesn't go away. I mean over the years it's kind of come to represent Atari at least in my mind
  4. So I heard about the sale but by the time I got my ducks in the road it was too late. Just wondering if anyone happens to have a copy of Popeye for the 7800 they'd be willing to part with? Yes I know I could get it on emulation or a multi cartridge but for me it's one of those titles that I just would like to own
  5. Don't know if this will make it to the database, however I added my machine years ago but never my voice modulator also got a model number two I'll have to add to the list. It'd be nice if this thing could be added because then we can get a fuller picture
  6. So I will admit I mostly live in the arcade world, but I did know there was a sale going on as Albert was going to blow out some cartridges. For some reason I just didn't see this. If I had in my brain registered I would have bought one. One of my all-time favorite games by far. I've got the arcade the 2600 the 5200 and the slew of other console versions. I also wish I had the 5200 cleaned up versions in cartridge format but I never got it. Oh well maybe things will change down the road
  7. P thought I would share my serial number. Interesting story behind this about 12 or 14 years ago I was in a used video game shop in a guy came in with this they told them they couldn't offer anything for it because nobody wanted Atari That's a guy walked out ready to probably toss it in the garbage can I gave him like 20 bucks for it along with some controllers and some random games. Will that going through the whole thing I don't know if it's a three chip or a one chip or whatever but here is the serial number. This thing was literally saved from the trash 🙂 20230818_131107.mp4
  8. I've owned this unit since like 1984 or 1985. Got get out of garage sale for 25 bucks it's on the second owner but the previous owner ( we were both kids less than 10 years old. So really our parents were the ones that did that deal). said it was fixed and then it was sent in; hence the Sears recondition sticker. Not sure which controllers came with it as over the years I bought different ones and as a kid I would Frankenstein them together. They said the controllers didn't work and when I opened up the 5200 I concluded that no work was done on the inside which meant that they probably just reconditioned the sticks and sent back the entire unit to the first owner. I also own a second 4-port unit I'll get the figures off that here I thought I sent these in already many years ago. If I'm reading the charts right it looks like mine somehow escaped the El Paso dump and it looks like this would be the last known serial number on that list 2-port EP 393. SN 287114
  9. I wanted to get a custom cart for Popeye done with the revised version, but, I wanted a fresh label since it would not be on a Parker shell iwas wondering if there's anyone with the skill to make something or point me to a program I can use to make one. On that note I wanted to get a repo sticker for my Parker cart. Idk where to get one made??? I'll admit I have been out of the game for a while I hope there's more resources out there now Thanks,
  10. I want desperately a copy but I do not see one on the store:( plus maybe we could order a custom cart with the hack 😉
  11. This is totally amazing I absolutely love the Popeye. I wanted to see if I can get permission to have Atari age make a cartridge just for me. Popeye is the original game that I got for the system back in the day I still on that same system in that same cartridge and it would love to have an updated version. Thank you
  12. I would definitely be interested in buying a set. Was wondering if Popeye came with an overlay.
  13. I know what I would like to see is the cover plate for a two port system. I could also use the cord wrap myself. Currently my two Port is having to sport a 4-port cover plate.
  14. So I just sent him a message letting him know that I would be interested in several. I didn't know if he was going to do the CBS sizes or just the regular 5200 I'm assuming he's going to do the 5200 and maybe the Parker Brothers and Sega could also fit in that size
