  1. Shortly following the conclusion of PRGE 2022, a bug was discovered in Parsec for Intellivision that impacted game play, which is why it was not officially released in the time following PGRE. The bug has been fixed, and Parsec will soon be available for sale at IntellivisionCollector.com. If you purchased a copy of Parsec at PGRE 2022, please PM me if you’d like to arrange a swap of your existing Parsec cartridge with a fixed-ROM cartridge. If your PGRE 2022 copy of Parsec is still sealed, we can swap out your NIB copy with a fixed-ROM NIB copy. Thanks!
  2. An 8920 manual was also made for Lock N Chase, but I’m pretty certain that it was also a pack-in for the Intellivision II. . .
  3. Sweet! First, I’ll tell my boss to suck it, and then I’ll share the great news with my girlfriend. . . in that order.
  4. Since I’ve found it hard to find protectors for most Intellivision things outside of games, I thought I’d share the info for the protectors we’ve found and use for Intellivision stuff, incase it’s helpful to anyone. The spreadsheet is sorted by how well the protectors fit. Items link to pics of the given item in its protector, and also link to buy online. Here’s the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gOv1K-C7Nhe-6FwQ3d3cFfEXToxvDxEoQYIEFc-yHog/edit?usp=sharing Here’s a link to just the photo album: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjzDSch If anyone has any tips on other protector solutions for Intellivision stuff, do share!
  5. The other thing I’ve noticed is that it seems that eBay no longer differentiates between OBO listings that sold for full price, and listings in which an offer was accepted. So theoretically someone could have had a $300 offer accepted. We made a $350 offer on this Worm Whomper, which was accepted.
  6. I saw this too. . . I’ve been wondering if there’s one or two relatively new collectors who are of considerable wealth, such that $1,200 = couch cushion money. There have been a few sales, like the $2,500 Jungle Hunt, and a couple others that were pretty jaw dropping. Even the Super Series - I told my Pops that I thought it would sit for a while at $900, and very quickly discovered that I was wrong. Then again, I’m terrible at predicting what things will go for these days! I don’t remember what we paid for our sealed GF Melody - I think my dad bought that one a long time ago. And about 2-3 years ago, we upgraded our sealed 0210 Melody with a really nice one for either $200 or maybe $250. . .
  7. That's super interesting (to me, which if I could get to the root of this, it might save me a lot of $$). Thanks for the info! The box appears to be a 0910, but it's unopened so not 100% sure. . .
  8. Hey All, I bought an HK, KBC referenced Checkers recently - it appeared to be an opportunity to upgrade the one in our collection. When it arrived, I discovered a slight variation to the bottom-flap text: Our existing copy (Sticker indicating Overlays & Catalog printed in the USA? Our new copy (No sticker, only Overlays printed in the USA): My guess would be that these copies are the same, and that the sticker was placed on subsequent copies is a correction? But I have no idea, really. . .
  9. So. . . in an effort to satisfy my curiosity, I bought the following opened 1118-0910-G1 imposter, which has the same variation to text of the third line of the bottom flap as the unopened one I shared a couple weeks ago: Impossible to know if the cart, booklet and overlays are all from this box, but here are those items: More Pics: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmWdHqwh Incidentally, I bought this from a seller in Canada. . .
  10. Is it safe to assume that an empty cell in the "Acquired" column = you're likely still after the indicated game / box / cart / manual / etc.?
  11. I take full responsibility for this wayward discussion. . . I was too liberal with my use of “G1-style” as a description, which was meant to denote a box without a reference to the KBC. But clearly there were a ton of 0910 titles released that never referenced the KBC, so this was a poor description. My bad! ???
