  1. Hello guys, I'm an editor in a game site and I want to play and record with my Atari 2600 in order to upload Youtube videos. I wish I had read this topic earlier. I bought both Dazzle Platinum HD and Hauppage (for newer consoles as well). I have a Samsung TV Monitor in my PC so with Dazzle I can record old consoles by connecting them with the TV port on the back. I have 2 Atari 2600 PAL and 1 Atari 2600 NTSC but ALL of my games are NTSC. PAL Atari 2600 play the games black and white so Iam forced to use my Atari 2600 NTSC. However: - When I connect my PAL consoles to the Samsung monitor they play well and I record through Pinnacle Studio. - When I connect my NTSC consoles to the Samsung monitor, I use something like RF splitter or something, that my brother gave me, and they play well so I can record. - But when I connect my NTSC Atari 2600 console to the monitor, that console has a european RF cable! And it only plays in the Samsung Monitor but not in the Pinnacle Studio. It doesn't recognise any signal. Or at least I think that this Atari is NTSC. Because I can't understand how it plays all games coloured while the other 2 Ataris don't. Is it converted to play them coloured maybe? I'm even thinking of giving the console so that the RF is converted from PAL to NTSC in order for me to use the RF cable my brother gave me, in case that's the fault. I'm very confused and I'm even thinking to quit capturing with all that mess. I also want suggestions for some other programs like Pinnacle Studio in case they can see the console from Samsung monitor. Finally, I have bought a cheap TV tuner from China to connect my Atari 2600 but it didn't work.. Just saying. If you have any particular suggestions on that it would be great. Thank you.
  2. I already have a Magnavox Odyssey, yellow color, with all disks and Rifle. It's a RUN 2 Yellow Magnavox Odyssey. I'm looking forward to buy 2 things: 1)A white Magnavox Odyssey. If it's RUN 1 or 2 it doesn't matter, I only care that it's white. 2)A Magnavox Odyssey Handball #8 game. Unfortunately I lost 2 good auctions this week (didn't get on time and one was selling it at 19,9 dollars!) and I hadn't seen the game on Ebay for over one month! It's the only game missing from our collection as we are planning a History of Video games show (in our YouTube channel) and we need to present all Magnavox Odyssey's games, so that one must fill at least the 10 basic Odyssey disks. * PS Those of you that leave in USA, please check your local retro market store, friends or anything nearby. You can earn money easily from me by selling it even double price. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

SF CE + 6-buttons on Genesis = amazing, however, enjoy the SNES version anyway, Chun-li rules no matter what platform

  4. I'd like to buy an Atari 2600 Woodgrain. Preferrably PAL Version or else if it's NTSC I would accept it only if you can ensure (providing cables) that it runs normally with color as a PAL version would do. Since I will have to pay the shipping cost as well, I would prefer it with some games. If it's just the console then it's ok. I live in Greece and I'm the editor-in-chief of a game website so we will use it for Unboxing, reviews etc. Make sure that you can provide the original box and manual instructions! Please PM me with your offers, Thank you!
