#4273658 Need help with GodLib library

I wish I could help...

I can recommend some good ST books, however.

There's Simon Fields'

Compute!'s Atari ST machine language programming guide

it has a chapter about sprite creation.

It's my favorite ASM book for the ST; very comprehensive.

recommended

take care

#4225921 Yamaha sound chip

just making a little conversation;

in my humble opinion the ST sound chip

is quite crisp and clean sounding!

especially considering the fact that

it only has 3 voices, but nevertheless

can produce some amazing music and effects!

i daresay i like it better than Pokey...

anyway everybody

take it light!

:cool:  :cool:

#4157832 PC to ST - again!

Posted by Wally1 on Thu Nov 15, 2018 11:39 AM

well

they said it wasn't possible

but all i needed was a little piece of tape to cover the hole across

from the write protect notch to make a hi-density 1.44 MB disk

behave like a 720 K disk.

using external USB floppy.

and, it worked.  Now bunch of great games on mu UltraSaint.

oh I used PC (DOS) command "format a: /T:80 /N:9"

I will try software mentioned in Paranoid Little Mans link.

Thank you both.

Walter

does anybody know anything about it?

all I know is its very small and fast and a lot like the Atari Assembler/Editor cart for A8s.

the doc file that comes with it does not tell me the correct syntax for entering source code.

please somebody help..?

thanks a lot

walter
