  1. I'm surprised no one noticed the joke translation in my prior post... 😏
  2. I'll miss this ceremony due to a conflict. Everyone else have fun!
  3. Awesome entry! I was debating whether to implement CHIP-8 on the Intellivision myself but you beat me to it. I used the HP-48 calculator's Super-CHIP for games back in the day (it's an improved version of the CHIP-8).
  4. The first book is an excellent place to start.
  5. The 1st ever Washington State Gaming Expo was held this past weekend in Puyallup, WA (about 45 minutes south of Seattle). This expo covers retro video games, table-top games (AD&D and similar), and board games. It had a number of vendors, arcade games and pinball games to play, and places where you could play table-top and board games with other folks. Overall, it was a successful expo. The table-top vendors were probably the most common (selling dice and accessories) with retro gaming being a close 2nd. I did spot a few Intellivision items in the wild. In comparing it to PRGE: it was smaller but still rather large in size, it had more food variety including beer/wine/spirits, and had huge number of voice actors from video games (esp. Halo) and cartoons.
  6. Bin2ecs produces files that only work on the BackBit. Bin2rom produces ROM files, which is what the CC3 uses.
  7. I call shenanigans on this version of Ghostbusters! It doesn't even have the original gorilla in it!
  8. Sell the one of the kids. You can make more.
