You know, I had been looking getting one but just never followed through. I have accumulated such a large collection of classic games, but I have no room to set them up and they are still in my parents house. I think this would be perfect for me.

Does anyone know where to get a Vectrex controller these days or even a homemade substitute? I see some on Ebay, but they cost an arm and a leg. I just really want to play my system, and let my little nephew play with it as well. If anyone has any thoughts about this, please let me know.

I saw a Dr. Mario game online tonight and a funny memory came back to me. I remember being in love with Mario on the nes as a kid. My dad bought me Dr. Mario, but I was way to young to know what was going on to grasp the game. The next Monday my day went into the place he bought it from with me and raised hell over what a badly made game it was. I remember him telling the manager that it was a POS and he would never shop there again. The manager eventually gave my father a full refund. I am older now and realize that I was too young, but it was a good game. I still smile though because my father thought he was being taken advantage of. He is now an older man and does not have this fire, but I miss the days he would wake my sister and me up to play video games with him lat at night. Games bring back so many sweet memories.

I picked it up today as a birthday present for my nephew. He is going to turn five in two weeks, so I asked my sister if she would mind me getting it for him, and since he plays GTA 4 with me and loves it, she was cool with it. I just tell him that you do not steal the cars, but just borrow them, and when you shoot someone you are shooting them with a sleep gun that makes them take a nap. I think he fell for it.

I have one too, but I think I would have to wait for the price to go a little higher than that. I think that since the video game nerd did a video on the game the exposure might make it more in demand.

God this pisses me off. First Lair gets pushed back, and now GTA. When will they learn?

I don't really think dreamcast would fit into the modern gaming section. While it isn't really old, it would probably be thrown in with classic's just because it has been discontinued in software.
