It had the Atari graphics, the Colecovision had a different look to it.

It was definitely Pitfall II. It had the when you "die" you go back to the last plus symbol on the ground.

Based on YouTube videos, I must have played the 2600 version.

This memory goes back quite a but further than 2 weeks. I'm not sure what version I played but I'm certain I did, just probably not on the intellivision.
