Spent the entire day learning (through trial and error) how sprites work, just to get a minimap on the screen! Updated 19 Mar · 2 comments

About Me

I am a high-school student that programs stuff. I have about 5 years of programming experience that dates back to middle school, when I was making simple text programs with batch.

My main computer is an 13-year-old cisnet my great-great-grandfather gave away, which runs at 39c with an air cooled system. It  hosts Puppy Linux 5.7 Slacko Debian 8.4.0 on it's 1tb hard drive. Rubber bands hold all but one fan to the computer.

I was introduced to the Atari 2600 by a few YouTube channels, and I started my first project: a raycaster for the 2600. I was relatively new to programming then, and I didn't even get it to work because I had other projects in mind(and it was made in batari Basic, so it wasn't efficient at all). After I gave up on that, I bought an Atari 2600 Jr. and a harmony cart so I could play old classics when I got really board.
