  1. I'm willing to bet, with Jr., 90k is impossible too...but attainable. I would like to interview the programmer...he has some 'splainin' to do Lucy!
  2. ...would be curious if even Abner Ashman could get a decent score on this...notice he doesn't have this particular trophy?
  3. Are you kidding me... this game kicks my ass. As it was programmed to do, as one sick joke while everyone had a NES...I think the game is fatally flawed, that's all. And Mr Feldt has innumerable scores that have not even a polaroid let alone real proof. Another con man.
  4. No real score ever proven by Mark Feldt (along with ALL of his other scores) on prominent Atari games. His 900,000+ performance seems folly and and farce to me. Does anyone know the real score to beat? All scoreboards seem to have Mr Feldt's "performance".
  5. Very nice video...enjoyed it immensely!
  6. That's essentially what I wanted to find out from the more seasoned programmers than me to discuss. To me it is quite a a great game and controls well and the scrolling (better than Super Cobra...waddup Chopper Command??)...even the 2 or 3 speed choice...nice.
  7. Come on...Wilson Oyama is one of the most in-form Pac players on God's green earth...and that dude is lucky to get 12 minutes. I have a score of over 630k on a ms pac arcade (albeit about 20 years ago ??????) and that little kid keeps kicking my ass...he is f$@&.!? GROUNDED for two weeks...and NO Atari either...just books and stuff...???
  8. I find this game very pertinent addition to the 2600 library and it still plays very well today, especially on higher difficulty it is quite the challenge. I'd imagine a 7800 version (hint hint ?) would be stellar and quite a challenge in its own right to develop. It seems, not unlike Planet Patrol (which after the 5th wave is truly a juggernaut...I might try save states and see if I can figure anything out), it doesn't seem to get its due respect. I know PP has some issues with ghost missiles and that certainly adds to the challenge. Do any of you really play this title still. I'd like to get good enough at the hard setting and do a perfect run...but I'm dreaming! ??
  9. Pitfall 3...like I'm soooo marking out right now.??
  10. Trackball on the floor with foot...that is genius. I know u can warp 4 levels at a time carrying 4 humanoids through the StarGate but after level 10 I don't believe you can do it anymore. Maybe on original hardware the Landers aren't so ramped and juiced up so soon. I think the Genesis version also played lightning quick.
  11. Then again this game will probably kick my candyass so don't get hopes up...???
  12. All this aside, my quest for 100k shall continue...can't wait to hear what the chipnoise sounds like at the beginning of level 20?, always loved the starting tunes on levels 1-3...does the music get more intricate after that!? I will of course have video evidence.... would like a 25 minute run at least before posting maybe.
  13. Like over at Imagic...arcade's ask US if they can port OUR stuff.?
  14. Damn don't know why it triple posted...sorry.
