  1. It's been a while since I worked with my 128 cart, is there any way to work with the games I already have on it and just add a few more to the open spots? I have not touched this in many years and if there was a workbook I used to set it up, that's long gone now. ?
  2. A quick update, got my order from Stone Age Gamer today. Quick shipping for sure! As far as this device, my initial quick testing is showing that it HAS cleared up the weird graphics glitching that I have suffered from! Will have to give it a good thorough work-out for sure, will give me an excuse to play some games again!
  3. I have 2, I am the original owner of them both. Maybe I can part with one if you are still interested. Yes I know this thread is old! LOL
  4. Is Stone Age Gamer a legit site to order from? Is it assumed that a power supply upgrade such as this will eliminate weird graphics glitching my console has suffered from for many years?
  5. Minty fresh in the box with the inserts and pink film too! LOL
  6. I actually did put in a leaf switch button on my trackball, let me get that picture up
  7. Great pics! Can't believe this thread I started 18 years ago was dug up from the dead! LOL
  8. I was cleaning out some old documents on my computer and came across this, something I wrote 20 years ago. Maybe I posted this here back then, maybe I included this in my auctions at the time, who knows. It made me smile when I read it, so I am sharing since it is season appropriate. Hello to all my old friends. AN ATARI CHRISTMAS CAROL Twas the days before Christmas The night sky was starry Listen my friend To this tale of ATARI The 5200 Was great in it’s day But your joysticks’ now busted So alas, you can’t play You can’t start a game You press every button You try each again And you still get nothin’ This controllers’ no good, It must be broken, When they designed this back then, What the heck were they smokin’? A replacement I’ll buy But look at the cost Please do not give up All hope is not lost You’ve found some for sale In attics they’ve rested For more than 20 years But they’re all sold UNTESTED!! You then search on EBAY For Atari Repair RetroGames-R-Us has kits So do not despair New buttons, new circuit These parts are brand new I send full instructions It’s easy to do You’ll be back up and running Much sooner than later So you can get back and play Pitfall and Star Raiders Galaxian, Defender You can now play with ease Shoot Bombers in Missile Command Now it's a breeze! This is just what you wanted It’ll make everything right FREE... SHIPPING ...TO ...ALL.... And to ALL a Good Night!
  9. I have a few new old stock original Colecovision coiled controller cables, PM if interested.
  10. Well then just go here and do that! Electronic copies of them all https://archive.org/details/electronic-games-magazine And lots more too: https://archive.org/details/gamemagazines
  11. OK, well I would not consider anything less than $25 per issue, and the 4 special ones are worth about $100 each. It's an instant collection, so I guess you are paying a premium for all the work that was involved in assembling them into one cohesive collection. I bought many of the issues on eBay many years ago, and bought most of them a second time to get better copies, because I am very picky about condition. Maybe I am crazy and no one will pay that much, but maybe there is someone out there that really wants to have this in one shot, easy peasy. Makes a great gift!
  12. Yes, those issues are the tough ones. I love reading them, but it's time to pass the baton.........
