  1. 24 hours to go...good luck to all. http://stores.ebay.com/HARJONS/ATARI-2600-GAMES-MORE-/_i.html?_fsub=19
  2. Atari 2600 Prototypes and ST Gameshttp://stores.ebay.com/HARJONS
  3. Some of the other protos had foam as well, but the foam degraded to a point where it fell apart on inspection alone. not sure why/how this survived intact for 30 years.
  4. http://stores.ebay.com/HARJONS/ATARI-2600-GAMES-MORE-/_i.html?_fsub=19 good luck everyone.
  5. The Auctions are up. Let me know if you have any questions. http://stores.ebay.com/HARJONS/ATARI-2600-GAMES-MORE-/_i.html?_fsub=19
  6. Appears I missed some games at the sale. I have the other Zenji he is selling. He has other stuff that was at the sale up as well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1984-Pitfall-II-Lost-Caverns-PROTOTYPE-Activision-Video-Game-Cartridge-atari-2-/251794691106?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3aa0221422
  7. Pressure Cooker is 2.0 ounce Decathalon 2.0 ounce Pressure Cooker 2.0 ounce Robot Tank 2.0 ounce Space Shuttle -2600 cart I have is normal release then I have 3 other smaller carts I think are for the Atari 800 2 of those carts are Protos. the space shuttle Proto weighs 2.3 while the normal release weighs 1.8 much lighter. Beamrider Proto is a heavy Cart weighing 2.8 with larger card and may be a colecovision cart. It does not fit the 2600. The normal releases all appear to weigh from 1/10 to 1/2 ounce over the protos. I have Private Eye only in regular release no proto I do not have Ghost Busters Pitfall II or H.E.R.O. I do have the first Pitfall Proto hope this helps.
  8. This original owner had to be a game tester or programmer himself. While taking photos of everything this morning I found a GBA Championship Basketball Preliminary Test Program tucked inside one of the Paintworks ST boxes. I also have the Original released unopened version of this game. The blue disk from Activision is dated 1986 with the code number :SD509 in the bottom right corner. Would anyone from Atariage be interested in the photos I took of the Prototypes for Documentation purpose? I would be happy to submit them, just do not know where or how. I will start listing everything tomorrow night on ebay and they will be on for 10 days each. I do not know that I will get through all of them, there is alot to get through, but I will list as many as possible. All the auctions will have plenty of space in between them so you will have enough time to purchase as many or as few as you want. If anyone has any further questions or concerns about any of this, please let me know. Thanks again for all of your input.
  9. I love a good Surprise.
  10. Didn't Activision have a record of how many games/Prototypes were made? I have never seen a prototype in the wild until this estate sale. When I was going over the sale and saw these two photos on their website. I saw the red carts and did not know what they were but knew they were the same size and shape as a 2600 cart. I figured they were either copies or homebrews. it was not until I got them home did I realize they were Prototypes. I arrived at the sale at 12:30am and waited all night very patiently until I got my number in line at 7:00am, which was number 1 the sale did not start until 9 so i had another 2 hours to wait.....in looking at these photos again, I realized the nintendo was gone from the sale once I arrived....I left the older systems behind because systems themselves were in poor shape. Only one of the 2600 systems I got worked. pong makes a noise, but does not come on.
  11. Honestly, it was years ago and have no clue....I know I mostly used the chat on here and find myself doing that and luking around the forms now. I have always used Atariage as a reference guide. As for trading all the games, I kid- I kid.....I did come home with a Pac-man and London Blitz, but traded for a combat and Space invaders not all the prototypes...lol. Just having a little fun on the board. :-)
  12. Tempest Thanks, I had a feeling about test games as well. They may not be all that rare, but to me...a very cool find all in one place. I took them over to a gamer friend who has over 10 different systems in his game room and his mouth watered just holding them in his hands. I traded all 25 with him for an original Pac-Man and London Blitz....how did I do? Bfstats, I am in New England.
  13. How were activision Prototypes released? Were they given away? Sold?
  14. Thanks for the info, Tempest. I always have international shipping available....I use Global Priority. I will post the links when they go up. Shipping is always free. I will also space them all a few mins apart so if you will have a chance to get anything you wanted.
