  1. the 'box' is roughly assembled . will put real rotate buttons in when I come across them.. regards
  2. i never saw one of those starplex controllers in australia back in the day.. you had me fooled with the labels seems odd they use the battery for autofire and not the console 5V! regards

  6. ya realise that some switch combos will give certain software some grief.. I was just thinking games that are traditional left /right with multiple action buttons.. regards
  7. with my recent addiction to spacerocks , ive started building a 5 button controller like the proto or rare 5200 unit.. Which got me thinking what else could this be used for... is a classic like segas "bank panic" style game feasible in dpc+ ? a variation on street fighter perhaps? (block fighter !!) regards

    ive played around a bit more, getting my head around bankswitch etc.. i have issues with the titlepage generator.. it looks great in code but "no show" ?! still lots of problems,i think some of the sprites look really good.. the ufo and byrd movements and when they turn to gold after getting p is effective.. i cant seem to get the music engine into into this code and work?! ill keep trying.. regards bomhakstablebnk41.bas

    hey there, just thought id post a little progress on my attempt at bombjack.. theres a number of issues ha ha.. playfield collllisions overides player to player collisions i have some data tables that have pixel x,y for the levelfloor and boms locations and i was going to use a dpc sprite as the lit bomb and the rest pixels until their time to be lit is up.. unfortunately i think im doing it a bit iffy.. also my sprite sweet spot is dead centre of each which makes detection a bit hit n miss, although it handles the detection of individual dpc sprites ?! comments and suggestions welcomed.. regards to all nug bomhakstart23stable.bas
