  1. I also have one (btw. two): - Pro tennis tour aka Great Courts in Germany - Pro tennis tour 2 aka Great Courts II Greetings, stokowski
  2. Dear Peter, thank you very much for trying so hard. ProTennisTour 2 works now flowlessly, also with more sound samples. Worldgames does also play now without crashdown. Greetings, stokowski
  3. Hi Peter, if you click after the start of PTT2 the second icon in the left row (see attached picture) and work on the characters of player 1 and player 2 and use for player 1 male and for player 2 female character, I get with my 4 MB MegaST and STE the message, that I not have enough memory for the different characters. I can only choose male or female for all. It´s otherwise well playable, but I think there are more sample effects in the game than here offered (if I remember the disk-version correct) because the programm detects low memory. If you want to leave the game with the exit button (low in the attached picture), you go in a "loop" back in the game. Thanks for the new version of WorldGames. I will test them with my MegaST 4. Greetings and thanks for all your commitment to the Atari ST community, stokowski
  4. Hi Peter, thank you again for your wonderful work. My kids and I are enjoying the games. For your Info: - The new version of Protennis Tour 2 is unfortunately again announcing "Not enough memory" for woman and man character on the 4 MB MegaST and STE. - The "Worldgames" crash in the subgame "barrel jumping", even if you direct select this subgame in the start menu. Greetings and thanks for working on all the hundreds of games on your website, stokowski
  5. Dear Peter, thank you very much. I will test the new version of ProTennis Tour 2 and will talk about my impressions. Greetings!
  6. First of all thank you very much for your work on the games, ParanoidLittleMan. I appreciate your work and I´m impressed by the great number of enjoyable games for Hdd. I have an issue with an old adaptation from you, ProTennisTour 2, and wanted to give you feedback. I´m playing it with an MegaSt 4 with Tos 1.04 and with an 1040 StE with 4 Meg Ram and Tos 2.06. In both cases the game states if you wan´t to chose the female player that only one sort is possible because of low ram. And if I remember right, there were more sound effects in the original version (e. g. Referee stating the score). I think the game has problems with the "big" ram of 4 Meg. What do you think? Greetings
  7. Hi, I don´t think that Cubase will work properly without the high resolution monochrome modus of the Atari ST. I know that the screen of the STacy has low contrast. I think you could propably use a modern TV-set or monitor with an ST to VGA adapter cable for this purpose. Greetings
  8. With focus just on games the Amiga had advanteges when the prizes of A500 and 520STM equalized. But if you see the whole package with midi-music and productivity software (DTP, CAD, Text-Processing etc.), the ST-Line was in summation ahead (e.g. "High resolution, SM124, SLM Laserprinters") of the amiga-line and you could also play some amazing games with the tv via Scart-cable. In Germany this was the common setting. My neighbour wrote his Diploma work on my uncles 1040STE with Signum because his Amiga there was no competition for this task!
  9. If I remember correct, Turrican had an digitized speech in the intro ("Welcome to Turrican, ha, ha, ha!").
  10. Hi everyone, I also have two of the jesusdelatorre in use and I´m facing the before described problems. So I´m also interested in the announced firmware solution. Greetings, stokowski
  11. Hello, here you can compare the PCM-1 and STM-1 mouse. The colour (good to see at the bottom and the cable) of PCM-1 is lighter than the grey of STM-1. Also is the colour in a different way aging because of UV-light. Greetings, stokowski
  12. Hello, there was a more light coloured mouse for the PC-Line of Atari. (PC-1 and PC-3 for sure). Greetings, stokowski
  13. Hi, I think, you need also the program "ArtWorx" für graphical output with Texel. It is a very good vector based graphic program and works with texel together. I used this combination under MagiC 20 years ago for my diploma work. Greetings, stokowski
  14. Hello guys, I´m still searching for these things. Unfortunately myatari.com seems to be out of businnes on their website (last entry 2018) and on Ebay there are these gems not listed. Because it is difficult in europe to get these in box with diskettes I would be pleased at least with downloads of the disks. Greetings, stokowski
