  1. The website should now looks fine, if you notice any problems, let me know (thanks Dely) When it comes to news: under the link http://sic.mam.gratis/english.html in the "Download" tab you can download stickers for carts and a program for generating images of compilations by Trub - "SIC! Generator". You can also download the Altirra emulator which supports SIC! and SIC!+ (up from version 4.10 - test 27) https://www.virtualdub.org/beta/Altirra-4.10-test27.zip It emulates flashing the cart and can also be connected to the generator and have a quick preview of the created "compilation". At this point I would like to thank Trub and Candle - without whom the SIC!+ cart would probably never existed. If you have a problem with the installation, uninstall the previous version of SICMenu from the Control Panel and try again. Any comments regarding the updates and fixes can be submitted here, but there is no guarantee that they will be implemented. Flashing SIC!+ works only when we have two of the same Flash chips in sockets! ps. When installed SIC! Generator, in the "Help" tab there is the website address for the online version - "SIC! Manager Online"
  2. Phareon - I am kindly asking if you could add SIC!+ cartridge support for 8Mbit memory to the emulator? The proper generated *.bin file is attached. Thanks in advance sic_plus_1024.bin
  3. In case you haven't noticed yet, you can download SIC!'s Gerbers in the "Download" tab in versions 1.0, 1.2 and SIC+. It is worth reading the information placed in the frame and at the bottom of the page. http://sic.pigwa.net/english.html In a few days the website will be rebuilt and it should look better also on mobile phones. There will also be a new version of SICMenu GUI supporting SIC+ for Windows and for a web-browser. A few more notes: The PCBs can be ordered e.g. here: https://jlcpcb.com Unfortunately, the gold-plated version will be expensive for small orders. Although in my experience with ordinary ones I have no problems - from time to time you just need to clean the contacts with isopropanol when you use it often. SIC+ fits well in a box manufactured by Sikor Soft, with precision sockets you have to watch out for some PLCCs (they are higher). When assembling the microswitch, you must remember that it should not go beyond the outline of the board, preferably 0.5-1mm? before (it's a matter of testing, because there are different manufacturers and in this place it the box is slightly curved. Of course, you need to do some cut-outs in the box. When installing SIC! 1.2 to fit in the KM-20 box (unless someone makes a proper box in 3D printer) - integrated circuits are mounted directly to the board, as for the flash memory - we use a low-profile precision socket or solder single pins from e.g. socket directly to the PCB (holes are wider thus they go deeper) Comments are welcome.

  10. In april 2013 i PM'd you about PCB's and Gerber files, reading the suitable thread on AA i thought that you do not have more PCB's and maybe you want to share. You wrote me that you have more, but the price was too high for me (and some other people). So I asked Pasiu if he would not make a his version of GTIA adapter (that was in plans anyway). And he did in few days. Candle was not involved in this little project. The Schematic is public available. Fx. Jerzy Soboala drawings of 65XE (please check attachment). So there is no way to talk about reverse engineering. Neither I nor Pasiu haven't seen your PCB ... only public docs. The Boards are similar - because they do same thing. And that form is the only one that do the best. So. Do you still think that we stole your project?
