  1. Hi Dale, thanks for the tip. I was able to get in touch with him and got my info. Your power cord... is it severed? Did you need some assistance in getting it up and running?
  2. Hello All. I apologize in advance if this has been covered, or if I put this in the wrong forum. I recently purchased a Fairchild Channel F (so recent, it has not arrived yet). The previous owner has disassembled the unit, lost the screws, and is now sending it to me in pieces. I've been rebuilding/cleaning retro consoles for some time now as a hobby. I've found plenty of service information for 2600, Intellivision, Nintendo, to name a few...but the Channel F, the original 1976 model, relatively nothing. Not even a parts list. I've scoured this forum and the interwebz at large, but to no avail (a poorly made service manual and schematics for the system board/psu). This is literally the first time I've felt a need to post a topic. The reason for starting this topic? A single, aggregated, source for parts list information that the community can contribute to. Specifically I need screw sizes (length, preferably thread size as well) but any contribution will be helpful to someone eventually. Example: Ever source replacement cord for the controller? Add it here! Replace a switch/button? Type and kind (classification) will be very welcomed! What I can aggregate for now: VES Wiki (good schematics, and programming info): http://channelf.se/veswiki/index.php?title=Main_Page Schematics (locally sourced): http://atariage.com/forums/topic/111866-fairchild-ves-channel-f-composite-video-mod/?hl=%2Bfairchild+%2Bchannel+%2Bschematic&do=findComment&comment=1437503 Service Manual (of sorts): https://archive.org/details/Fairchild_VES_Service_Manual_1976_Fairchild
