  1. Granted I can't buy them all now, but here are the ones I want most after looking at the list - RobotWar:2684 - Juno First - Star Castle Arcade
  2. At the top of my head I was interested in Juno First, the Robotron clone, Scramble and a few other sci-fi games like that. I bought too many VFD games this month tho so I can't buy many games lol Are the games going to be gone forever after this sale?
  3. I would have loved to buy games form the store but it seems the store doesn't support my country, Macedonia (North Macedonia) I made a topic about this last year or was it 2021 but nobody responded, plus I don't know if the games are PAL Compatible or not. There are some games I'd love love to buy
  4. Yar's Revenge is definitely up there I'm a huge fan in fact my childhood cart is Yar's Attack and I prefer it over revenge myself simply because the shield around the enemy is green instead of brown/orange I know it's a silly reason but as a kid I found the green shield more "sci-fi" somehow and to this day prefer it
  5. Good examples for what I'm looking for are - Reactor - UFO Patrol/X'Mission - Vanguard - Moonsweeper - Solaris - tho not quite as often it's still one of the best games on the system and it can be very trippy - Zaxxon - tho colors don't change as much it captures that feel I'm looking for in Atari 2600 games very well - There's a game I have with elevators/lifts and robots or aliens I have on a multi cart, but I don't know the name of, the platforms and everything uses gradients and it's really cool to see Here are some US Exclusives I play and love that do this, but it seems PAL games don't have effects like this as often - SpaceMaster X-7 - Beany Bopper - Battlezone (PAL one is awful) - Fantastic Voyage - Beamrider The reason I'm asking for PAL games specifically is because I want to buy the carts and play them on original hardware on my CRT US games clearly don't work right on a PAL system, I have Defender II I picked up for next to nothing at some point, it loads up just fine but the scrolling and gameplay are a mess.
  6. I wanted to pick up some new Atari 2600 games but it seems the store doesn't ship to North Macedonia. I buy games from all over the world, from the UK to Japan, US stores and European ones like France and Germany and rarely have problems, I never use express services just regular tracked mail and it's fine. When there are issues with my packages they always 100% of the time come from the US, I don't know where AtariAge ships from, but if it is from the US do you guys know of any alternative stores in Europe that sell the same games and ship worldwide? Because even if you did add support for North Macedonia I'd rather buy from a European store for safety reasons. Though I do often buy games from LimitedRunGames who ship from the US, they use DHL eCommerce now which isn't the expensive DHL Express, but a regular and so far rather stable service. Prior to DHL eCommerce they used Ascendia. Ascendia was fantastic for years but they started having problems with packages so LRG had to switch. Usually tracked shipping from the US to Macedonia doesn't exceed $15-$16 So do you guys think you can add North Macedonia to your list of supported countries? Also if you do ship from the US would you happen to know a good European alternative that sells the same new Atari 2600 titles?
  7. Thanks what of these Taiwan releases tho? Should I opt to buy some if the difference in price is too big, like if I find a Taiwan Beamrider for $5 or something?
  8. I have a decent enough Atari 2600 collection for a person not actively collecting for the system(if someone showed me a SNES collection like this and compared it to mine I would NOT consider it decent, so I'm sure to you guys this is nothing), my entire childhood collection is fully intact(even re-obtained my beloved 32in1 recently) however I never had THAT many games for the system and the ones I did have were clearly knock-offs/bootlegs in some cases. So because of this I'm not totally opposed to buying bootlegs. I'm not a collector just a guy who DOES have a huge retro and modern game colleciton but plays most of it and buys to play not just collect. Here are my Atari 2600 games, I've posted pics before: Some new Atari 2600 games I recently got: However the Atari 2600 as you guys know is a never ending source of fun games, tons and tons of new games to discover or rediscover and while I'm by no means as Atari 2600 savvy as I am when it comes to the SNES for example I know what games I want plus I keep discovering new games all the time, it's just amazing to me despite it being my first console. I've been thinking of perhaps buying some more affordable games as of late and while I don't mind bootlegs/repros in general, I want to KNOW what it is I'm buying, judging by the variations in my own collection I'd say some of those like Black Hole(Cosmic Ark) and Open Sesame are bootlegs, Yar's ...Attack too maybe they all are but that's what was avaliable here when I was little I recently found a lot of Taiwan developed Atari 2600 games as well as a ton of cheap German versions, however I want to know if these are the equivalent of ali express bootlegs, which I've bought many of for SFC exclusive JRPGs and the like or if they're somethign a bit more...legit. This is what these games usually look like Bobby is going home is a game I've been wanting since I was a kid, ever since I first playe it on my friend's bootleg Atari 2600 with built in games, but we didn't know the name of it. For slightly more however, I can get this: which one is more legit? Also the Taiwan copy is NTSC and the German one is of course PAL and I live in Europe, Macedonia where we have PAL systems tho I have no problem playing NTSC games on my CRT TVs since I always buy multi region CRTs. I don't care about CiB or anything, loose carts are fine, just posting pics of the boxes to give you more info on what these variants are. If it matters some of my games in the second pic, like the german Hole Hunter have an engraved SS in the back. Another question, what's a decent price for a loose Beam Rider? It's a game I've been wanting for years but it's always expensive. I have almost no chance of finding anything retro locally so ebay and the internet in general are my only options
  9. If this really is it that's pretty awesome I'll have to test it out and see what's on it soon
  10. Space Master X unless it goes by a different name in Europe, I think it's US only but I do think I had it as a kid edit: tho Idon't know where to buy it from because I sure as heck don't want to pay ebay prices on it
  11. Is it actual multiple games or just variatons? Anything good on it? Also I have another question, is the Atari 2600 region free? There's a US exclusive game I want to buy but I don't know if I'd be able to play it on my PAL system
  12. Got a bunch of stuff today for $35 in total, nothing special I've had better hauls BUT, this particular cartridge stood out to me: No I'm not the type who constantly looks for something rare and expensive much less mixes the two up, I can't stomach what retro collecting has turned into especially since I've been collecting games my entire life. I'm merely interested in what's on this particular cart as I am way too lazy to set up my Atari 2600 right now and couldn't find a thing on it online. Here's all I got, nothing special, still can't find Bobby is Going Home locally so I'll probably just buy it online sometime in the near future I think I got a German version of Pooyan there, mine looks different and is IMO in a prettier looking cart
  13. It's PAL, it does show up here http://www.atariboxed.com/index.php?go=database seems I have a more common version. I'm glad I own this game, it's just so much fun and I've never been able to find it on flea markets or anything in all these years.
  14. I see, it does seem to be an unknown game at least since as I said I've never been able to find video reviews or anything. So my game was a part of a double package which came with two cartridges? What about this game then? This is ALSO labeled as UFO Patrol sometimes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOWldyuXFXw but it's a different game, I don't have this one
  15. This is all that's left of my huge Atari 2600 collection from back in the day, a few of these games I bought couple years back but most are from when I was a kid. Now, UFO Patrol was always one of my favorite Atari 2600 games, I loved it so much as a kid I tried putting it in backwards so I could see the image lol ended up breaking those plastic pegs or whatever but it still works perfectly. So I'm working on a gaming youtube channel now and was recording gameplay of UFO Patrol and figured I'd look it up online since sometimes I find it to be mixed up with Time Warp in ROM collections, sometimes the game labeled as Time Warp is this game I own and sometimes another depending on the ROM collection. Anyway my latest Atari 2600 ROM collection had the game labeled as UFO Patrol(X'Mission) and sure enough it was the game I own, tried to find gameplay or reviews on youtube just to see what people think and only found ONE terrible gameplay video on youtube: I only found one copy of the game sold on ebay under UFO Patrol and poor game sold for only about 3 bucks. I played mine on my Atari 2600 Jr. and it still works like a charm No I don't sell games, ever I can't wait to put up my review and everything of the game when I launch my gaming channel in the next month or two, seems I've had a real gem all these years.
