Although by the looks of it it shouldn't be too hard to flow the traces and connect each pin to the solder points.

http://imgur.com/kgruyVy Here's a pick from the bottom of the board. Hunting down my multimeter now but it looks like the traces have some damage too. Not sure what happened here someone must have opened the console before and did the damage.

I'm getting no response from the controller. I did not have time last night to take the board out so I will end up doing that tonight. Would soldering a wire connecting the pins to the traces where the board isn't damaged be a viable option?

I got it hoping it might be a easy fix but when I got it and took it apart I noticed some damage on the board. Was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to repair this or if it's not worth it. Also can I play single player games just using the 2nd port?
