If Bloodborne is difficult I will play this game because I love playing difficut games. They are like challenges for me which I have to complete.

From the games listed by you, I loved playing X-men games on my Sega Genesis console. Actually, I am such a bug fan of playing retro games that i still play games on my childhood consoles.

I would suggest you to with Zombies Ate My Neighbors first because of its gameplay. If you love playing the games in which there is bloodshed and want to take out your anger, you''re gonna love this game. Also, its quite addictive. I haven't played Rocketknight but it seems to is fine. rest is your wish its just a suggestion.
