  1. I missed last years VGXPO. I'm silly busy, but I'm going to this year, and I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to go for a day or the whole weekend. I see that the Retro show is Saturday and Sunday. Are there any get togethers that aren't on the official docket ?
  2. Pretty sweet, I'm hoping to find some deals at the Philly Classic this weekend. I have very little of my boxed material online now, I just finished some tools to make it easier to photograph, upload and add to the website.
  3. Thanks I appreciate the comment.. My pricing has completely to do with how many I have in stock and my experience from selling them in the past. For example Tetris is a hot seller yet quite available. Often my price is as high as $14 -- I have 11 of them in stock now so I dropped the price to $9.70, and I'll probably have none left for Christmas. I guarantee all games for 90 days, I clean them meticulously, I remove all labels and I don't sell anything that rattles or has original label damage, people often forget to price that in, when they compare to ebay. Also if I didn't mention it before. Free Shipping on Loose Game Cartridge Orders over $20. _Craig
  4. I just added around 200 cartridges to my store. I currently have over 800 cartirdges with more than 450 distinct titles. I have lowered the prices on many games, well over 100 games are $5 or less. Yes, some of the games are rather expensive, because at my heart I'm a collector and it will take me a long time to replace Contra Force so it is priced high. Buy $20 worth and get free shipping. http://atariace.com/nintendo/games.php _Craig
  5. Does anyone use a projector to play video games. I've heard that their may be burn-in issues on older projectors, but I don't have $1K to buy a new one. I'd love to get a used projector for $300-400 off ebay, but I'm afraid my classic video games will destroy it. Any help or experience appreciated. _w3ace_
  6. I've never tried it, but I've heard of people taking a dremel with a buffing attachment and polishing the contacts. If it isn't the contacts I would expect that the game has succumb to the dreaded 'bit rot'.
  7. Thanks, I had trouble with the URL tool in the posting form. Change my question a little. When is a screen grab or box scan considered royalty free? Has anyone ever seen a collection of these? -Craig
  8. Probably could have remanufactured labels for the dump scene, I've got a couple hundred Star Raiders that would work.
  9. Does anyone have for sale or know of a compilation of royalty free video game images that can be used for a video game content site? Manuals are Instructions are available on EBAYhttp://cgi.ebay.com/900-Atari-2600-5200-7800-Video-Game-Manuals-Directions_W0QQitemZ8253291971QQcategoryZ187QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]Ebay[/url] but I am really looking for box scans.
  10. I just inventoried my duplicate instruction manuals that I have for sale. Take a look if you are interested. http://atariace.com/atari/games.php Critique of the Navigation would be appreciated.
  11. Thanks for the compliments. Milkman that is a really clean, crisp design that you made. The content is nice too. Any other request for Tutorials?
  12. I'm trying to do one tutorial a week, but it's looking more like one a month now. My dad worked out a real easy way to fix paddles without opening up the potentiometers. I'll get the details. -Craig
  13. I built an online tutorial with lots of pictures and text about how to rebuild Original Atari 2600 Joysticks. Thought I'd share it with the community. Reparing Atari 2600 Joysticks
