im using xp... just in classic mode after you mount the cd image did you select your virtual drive in chankasts options?

it plays just fine, I can get 40 fps with Crazy taxi 2 on my old 1.8ghz rig I use daemon tools to mount the cd image

MESS sometimes needs to emulate keyboards, so pressing tab just presses tab on the emulated keyboard and doesn't bring up the menu press scroll-lock do disable the keyboard emulation and then press tab MESS is great btw...

The 'P' means its PAL, I'm English so most of my carts end in P... sounds like your cart was from Europe obvious>

I have two Annihilator joysticks by Cheetah, both are really worn out... due to playing marathon sessions of roadrash on the amiga with them I'll take some pics for you when I get some batteries for my digital camera... the bloody thing eats them

thanks, it worked like a charm... when I mean 3rd party power supply I meant hardwiring an old mobile phone charger into where the power supply is meant to go... It was pretty easy, the only slight problem was the undersides of of boards were coated in this brown sticky crud... im guessing it was a flux leak or something I'll post some photos tomorrow morning
