  1. There is a Collectorvision arcade controller for sale on Good Deal Games site. It's #22 and if the picture is correct, it's a left hand side joystick with the buttons on the right. The price is $329.75 plus $28.00 shipping in the continental US. I don't have anything to do with Good Deal Games, just thought someone might be interested in it. I hope this was the right place to post this, if not please delete or move.
  2. I received my fully modded Yurkievision yesterday, and it is everything and more than I expected! The ball top controllers are so much better than the original stick with disc on top, and the straightened cords are a real plus to allow extra distance from the console. The bios mod is really nice, and the pause function---well, that is so great for so many reasons (the usual...phone, bathroom break, etc.) Did I mention that the system is as clean as a brand spankin' new one? And last, but certainly by no means least, is the a/v mod that improves the quality of the video presentation by leaps and bounds over the old wavy, messy RF output. Oh, and you don't even have to buy an a/v cord, Yurkie provides a new one. It's the perfect mix IMO of a stock system with some performance enhancing modifications to produce a better than new Colecovison experience, without losing the charm and feel of the original. I think anyone that loves Colecovision owes himself the opportunity to pamper himself with one of these. And before you think I'm some young kid that is easily impressed...I'm not. I'm over 60, and still own my original Colecovision that I bought when I was in my 30's, along with most every other system up to and including Xbox 360, etc. I love gaming period, but the Colecovision is special to my heart, and the Yurkievision is the cherry on top.
  3. ^Thank you, NIAD, I'll keep tabs on this thread. I've seen Youtube videos of this game, and it looks and (and seems to play) fabulous! Due to health problems I haven't been able to stay abreast of the wonderful things that have occurred in the Colecovision community. I'm truly impressed with all the great games, hardware, and more importantly all the incredible love and effort that have been invested by so many talented people. I salute all of you. It's my hope that I will be able to acquire some of these works of love, and be able to participate in the enjoyment.
  4. Is it too late to get in on this? If it isn't, please put me down for one Mario Bros. (NTSC).
  5. Well, it looks like DP is back up
  6. I'm interested in Dumbo and Donald Duck. Do you have some prices in mind----and are they tested?
  7. @ianoid, the poster is all the instructions that are included (I know this because I bought the game new back in the 80's).
  8. Oh, you swing the controller (like a sword) to control your weapon on the screen. I don't have one, but would like too
  9. I don't believe the game comes with the controller.
  10. It is fake. Always remember if an email from ebay (or Paypal) has a direct link then it is fake----all official ebay announcements mention to never use a link to contact them.
  11. @video game addict, thanks for the avatar! Didn't I sell you my 5200 BBSB box & inst?
  12. Hi guys, I wanted to comment on this subject, because I received a "question for seller" from ebay a few days ago. I was suspicious, since I hadn't had any auctions up for a while (and this one was for a pda---which I've never sold), but I clicked on the link to the auction (should have known better) and an invalid auction popped up---along with a virus alert. Thankfully, my virus checker was able to take care of it and then I deleted the email & blocked the sender (probably worthless, since it most likely was a random generated email address). If you've had one of these types of emails lately (and your virus checker is not up to date), then I would suggest getting a virus scan as soon as possible---just in case.
