  2. I have for sale a TI 99/4A 32K sidecar, two multicarts of TI games, and a TI cart of Jet Set Willy, all of which were or are sold through the Arcade Shopper website. About the items: -The 32K sidecar does not have its external power supply, but still works when attached to the side of the TI-99po. The power supply would be needed, however, if you were to attach it to something already attached to the TI (like the speech synthesizer, for instance) and also did not wish to perform an additional modification to the sidecar. With this sidecar (or another source of 32K memory) you can play the three other carts offered for sale here, among others. More on the sidecar here: 32k sidecar memory expansion (arcadeshopper.com) -The TI multicarts are the 2048k Games #1 and the 512k Games #6 carts and you can read more about what is on them (in short, a lot of TI-99/4a games) on the Arcadeshopper.com website here: Multi-carts (arcadeshopper.com) -Jet Set Willy, a port of the ZX Spectrum game, is also offered for sale as part of this lot. All have been tested with the 32K sidecar. Asking price for the lot is $119, with shipping included in that total. Payment would be through PayPal. Thank you, Dave O'Connell
  3. my apologies, but it has been sold already and shipped. thanks, dave o'connell
  4. yes, and I shipped it already. thanks, dave o'connell
  5. Posted in the marketplace section as well, but yes, I have a Dragon's Lair TI-99 cart from last year's run. Mine did not come with box or booklet (I was a bit late, being order no. 136) just the cart w/sticker (and extra sticker). $80 inc. shipping. Thanks!
  6. <NOTE: HAS BEEN SOLD> For sale: One of the limited run of "Dragon's Lair" cartridges for the TI-99/4A from 2019. This actually was licensed for sale. I was a latecomer as order #136, so while mine came with a sticker attached to the cart (and a spare sticker), it did not come with the booklet or box (alas). Yours for $80 (shipping included). Thanks for looking!
  7. Yeah, I didn't realize right away that the 5v adapter didn't always have to be plugged in. Unplugged it, and it still works. So far, so good.
  8. Plugged it into the computer, did the CALL INIT/SIZE and got your screen. You are the man! Here's the photo you asked for. Had trouble getting it in focus, but if you look at the leftmost pins where you plug future expansions in, you'll see they've decided to get bent. Also the light was bent, but I had straightened that back out before I saw your post asking about the photo. Now onto the multicarts! (By the way, are the "out of stock" ones permanently out of stock, or are there plans to replenish them someday?) Thanks, Dave O'Connell
  9. Yes, I have the Extended Basic cart (though no XB software anymore). I knew about the multi-carts - they've always been the next step after getting the 32k (well, that and maybe getting a backup 32k to go with my backup TI994a). I'll give it a shot and see what happens. Thanks, Dave O'Connell
  10. Thanks for the help. And, arcadeshopper, don't feel bad about the packaging. I think it's pretty cool that anyone even thinks to make these things in 2016. Plus, Priority Mail packages are insured anyway (I think). Next question: If I don't actually have anything that requires 32k memory -- I just have a bunch of regular TI carts -- will it still light up or do I have to run a program where 32k is a prerequisite? In other words, in the absence of owning anything (yet) that requires 32k, is there a way to tell if the 32k works so that I am suitably inspired to purchase carts/software that DO require it. (If that makes sense.) Thanks, Dave O'Connell
  11. Mine arrived damaged, probably due to the mail carrier shoehorning the thing into our mailbox. If the little light on the 32k doesn't come on when I plug the power source in, should I even bother setting up the whole computer to see if it works, or assume that it's broken? Thanks, Dave O'Connell P.S. Some of the pins are bent where you'd plug future expansions in, but I didn't plan to, so unless that otherwise affects the performance of the unit, I don't care.
