  1. Fantastic... and I love you included the music!
  2. I've also been told that he sometimes CGI's in Tanya! 😄
  3. Sounds like Area 2 could be a lot of fun! Hope you get around to finishing it up sometime. 😃 I also like Slackers idea of having dropped items for extra points when you shoot some of the zombies.
  4. Just finished playing this game, "End Of Area 1"... absolutely loved it... great job. I was going to ask what the plus signs were. I found they are used to restore your health. Took me a while to navigate that forest!
  5. Hilarious! Here is my chat: Me: previously you credited andrew davie with programming kaboom I apologize for the error in my previous response. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. You are correct that "Kaboom!" was actually programmed by Larry Kaplan and not Andrew Davie. Larry Kaplan was one of the original programmers at Atari and created several classic Atari 2600 games. Thank you for allowing me to correct my mistake.
  6. Just to muddy the waters 😜 I use emulation with Stella and two 2600daptors, one for AtariVox and the other for a classic CX40 joystick (what can I say, I love the original joysticks!). Wizard Of War (final) comes up with with SaveKey and Quadtari detected. I don't have a Quadtari, but everything works fine. I did try Gorf (final) this morning, and no messages for detection, but everything works fine.
  7. I am probably the only one using emulation... but the AtariVox is not working for me on this one. It plays fine when the controllers are set to auto-detect (it says the Save-Key is detected for second controller), but of course no voices. When i set the second controller to AtariVox, the whole ROM runs about a quarter speed of the original and I still do not get the voices (it replaces voice with musical notes I think). Is anyone else using emulation or is this a known problem? BTW, I am using Stella 6.5.3. and it works fine with all other AtariVox ROMS I have played.
  8. Hey Karl, Love playing this... what a great start to a game! I think we need some cut-scenes between asteroids of the dinosaurs doing dinosaury stuff!
  9. Cool! It's great to hear some news brewing with Penult. 😀
  10. As I understand, Panda is the first and produced or advertised 13 games... there are Panda ad's for Forest and Nightmare. Sancho licensed the games from Panda (NTSC) and converted and sold in Europe (PAL). Forest and Nightmare were not sold in United States and PAL only. Not sure how Froggo fits in there, but they might have also licensed (or pirated) after Panda called it quits? I don't know, just guessing here. ?
  11. A new video was posted this Christmas and at the end is gameplay of the Easter Egg... take a peek if you are interested:
  12. Oh no... I'm so sorry to hear this. His presence on and off the show will be missed by a lot of us. Pets are like family members and missed just as much.
  13. There is a youtube review of Donkey Kong that included this game if anybody is interested...
