  1. I'll be curious to hear how well the controllers work, I definitely could use some non-jittery paddles and some more CX40s.
  2. FWIW, it seems pretty straightforward that they are planning to fix it. that said, I am still bummed that I just got my carts, but now have to wait longer. Really, my takeaway is kudos to Albert, for the quality of ALL the AtariAge releases. You make it all look easy, but it's got to be a crazy amount of work.
  3. I just want to say, I love this thread, not only to see the progress of this already great, WIP port, but also to read AA Programmers talking shop!
  4. Just received a Modded Lynx II from bdoi! It looks and works great! The screen upgrade is night and day! Highly recommended! Cheers, Ben (legeek)
  5. If you can find one, the Saturn Racing Wheel really adds to the experience for most of the games that support it. Oddly enough, the Japanese version of Race Drivin' is perfectly calibrated for the wheel.
  6. Quarantine DIY haircut no... 5? #lostcount

Nice thing about DIY haircuts for me.  Not that I am getting better at it, because I'm not.  But I'm getting more accepting of my bad haircuts, which is almost as good!

Yours takes more talent to cut than mine.  I have been doing a simple buzz for about 20 years.  Set the height and go.  I have changed my facial hair a few times within that period though.

Curly Hair is pretty forgiving, I cut it dry.

  7. Amazing already, Andrew! Love the smoother scrolling and extra frames of animation on the "tiles". Cheers, Ben P.S. Huzzah!
  8. This looks great, Carl! Ordered!
  9. Cool. Do you need two pads for multiplayer on a tv? Or can player one use the stick on the unit itself?
  10. When connected to a TV, can one player use the controls on the unit itself, and the 2nd player use the arcade stick?
  11. Sadly, from what I've read, the only controllers that work are: The Official Astrocity Mini Pads The Official Astrocity Mini Pads Sticks The JP Megadrive Mini 6 button pads
