  1. Awesome story. I do wonder if Atari has ever tried to contact Al Lewis's estate to see if they could license his likeness. Fame may suck, but you could tell me your real name and I would have no idea who you are.
  2. And there they are. I have no idea why they started going to spam, but they did. Dynablaster 67,470 Qomp2 67,777 Lunar Lander Beyond 67,852
  3. We are coming up on the one year anniversary of the M Metwork acquisition, maybe we can finally get the full list.
  4. Atari has not been sending me emails for my recent purchases. Did they stop doing this, or did something in my setting get messed up? The emails were the only way I knew how to see order numbers.
  5. Atari had applied for trademarks for both Warbirds and Tank, so I think it is safe to assume Tank was bought back by Atari. No confirmation for Robo-Squash, but I would guess it too was part of the acquisition and Atari did not feel a need to apply for a trademark for it.
  6. All we know is that it was over a dozen games, and that Astroblast, Frogs and Flies, Armor Ambush, Space Attack, and Star Strike were included. If it had been exactly 12 games, I think we could have surmised it was the exact same 12 games that were in Atari Vault. Since it was over 12 games, we have no real good idea what they are exactly. I would be willing to bet money that International Soccer, Super Challenge Baseball, and Super Challenge Football were included.
  7. I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I bought it for the VCS 800 of course. I have to say, it is still early, but I like it so far. I try not to use the Stabilizer, but it makes it so much easier.
  8. Nothing wrong with being a Panther fan. I doubt they are going to lose 80 in a row or anything.... again.
  9. Nah, it is a hack. Carrier bought the rights to the game and had the graphics altered. You are now an HVAC repairman going after drops of sweat.
  10. We do not know for sure if Atari picked up Super Challenge Football in its M Network acquisition. Although I think we can safely assume that all three M Network sports games were included in the "over dozen dozen" games. Now even if Atari did get the Super Challenge Football rights, I do not know if that gives Atari the rights to make a new game with that title. I do have a suggestion for your videos that could really make them pop. If you began and ended each video with a big ole "War Eagle," I think your videos would do better.
  11. @Atariboy You usually know where things are. Do you know where the different pieces of MicroProse ended up.
  12. There was a French guy listed as in charge, he has to work somewhere.
  13. Are you releasing some inside knowledge? Or making a prediction?
  14. I do not think they actually bought the Stern name, just the 12 games.
