  1. Hey, Tom, thanks for the interesting topic about myself. I guess I have now my "15 seconds of fame" ! Ian, Marco and everybody: it's nice to still alive and kicking, and not to be only remembered in the afterlife Ian found me again a few months ago, and we have been talking. Someday he will visit me in Brazil, and I promised to take him to some special and secret brazilian flea markets! Marco, how are the things going in Netherlands? We need to talk again, please, write to me! I missed you too! Ian and Marco are my truly heroes. There would be no Bonaccorsi without these 2 guys! I have no words to describe how great they always treated me! Thank you very much! Luiz Bonaccorsi
  2. Tom, Thanks for the kind words, but the awards of the styrofoam package really goes to my wife Angelita, she is really awesome with these packages. She is in the picture below... Sandy, I finally decided to move to the south of Brazil – here is great, I have many parents and friends to play videogames and boardgames! Hey, I am a new owner of a small farm here! It’s a dream that comes true! You need to visit us again! Shawn & Roman – I wish all the best to you both!
  3. Hi, guys, thanks for the kind words about my work I moved to another city here in Brazil, and I decided to shut down the site a few months ago and list the items directly on eBay. About my collection: I really don't have a big videogame collection. I have about 1200 games (most of them in complete condition), and I try only to collect the best games for each system, or the games that I like most. I only have one or two consoles of each system, to play the games. And I don't care about hyper rare games - I prefer to collect good games instead. I also do not collect sport and fighting titles - I prefer shooters and action / adventure games. I like to collect some PC games, specially the strategic titles (RTS and turn based) - because there are some incredible games of this genre that you will not find on any videogame console. And finally - I love weird games, with new ideas and concepts (like Rez & Amplitude, by example). You can see below 2 pics of my collection. Sorry for the mess - I like to put many consoles hooked up at once on the TV and ready to play About the auctions: the Tron carts are really my favorite brazilian carts. They are beautifull carts (with the T holder design and compact size), with good quality (very smooth to plug on the Atari slot) and comes with exclusive labels (with funny pictures of the games).
  4. Hi, everyone I listed some auctions on eBay, check here: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfrppZ25QQfrtsZ...sassZbonaccorsi Greetings, bonaccorsi
  5. Hi, everyone I just updated my website with many games for sale, check it here: http://www.gamesbrazil.com/ Regards, Luiz Bonaccorsi
  6. pongbeat, One of the most interesting things on these markets is the strong contrast between people and items for sale. Here in Brazil, I noticed also that many people only trade items, so it helps to makes these places very popular. I am looking foward to see your pictures!
  7. Hey, pongbeat! How are the things going? Huuumm... I would love to see somes pics of your french street market!
  8. povlok1, Believe me, when I took these pictures, I didn't realized about these nice toilets, specialy this beautiful red one... 10. Hey, charin! Nice to meet a neighbor here I took today more pictures from another 2 flea markets, check all the pictures here: http://www.gamesbrazil.com/about_me.htm
  11. Al, It's nice to know that you enjoyed the pics. Maybe tomorrow I can add a few others from another flea markets, in "real time", huh? Each place has your own "magic" - as you can see on the pictures... About the computers - a brazilian company called Microdigital released a ZX-Spectrum compatible computer called TK90X, back in 1985. The brazilian market of computers is very interesting, several clones were released in the 80's. Luiz
  12. vintagegamer89, Today was nice, we found a couple of Atari carts, including 2 carts from Tron, a few boxed Odyssey games, a Memory Game (with 128 built-in games) and a brazilian MSX computer with drive and tape recorder. Today later I will clean and test everything, and include on the website. Mindfield, It's always nice to visit these open markets, we talk with a lot of people and we never know what items can show up. About the owl, he ran away a long time ago, but I think it was better, because these birds must be free. Garibaldo was my last pet animal. He was unique, a very smart and kind owl!
  13. Hey, guys. I just included on my website (about me section) some pictures I took today from a brazilian flea market I visited. www.gamesbrazil.com/about_me.htm I think it's interesting to the U.S. collectors to know more about the places where these brazilian games can be found. I hope you enjoy these pictures! Greetings, Luiz Bonaccorsi
