EBAY ITEM : 8262548285 sold by cjcmortgages Hello, can anyone tell me who brought the first Treasure Below cart from the seller I mentioned above on ebay ?? he said he had two and i belived him, he sold the first one off ebay and I think he did not get enough for it so relisted it and took my money to, said he posted it a week ago but I think not, I knew it was to unbelivable he had two now he thinks its not right for me to claim back from paypal but he deffo wrong about that.... I want to know if its the excact photo of the first cart he sold and if he mentioned two before. I state on my auction I guarantee its PAL, if you find its not I refund but you need to prove to me as I am 100% sure its for real. Remember we always got outdated stuff in UK so I would think we got heavies ever when USA got lighter console ( like PS1 + 2`s )

Very unsporting I would say,,,,,, My heavy six UK auction high bidder just contacted me and said she has been getting emailS telling them to check its real. I know the people who done it are on this site so I state now, its as real as when I brought it and I dont think its ever been touched...... Sorry to bring this up again but to the people who belive in UK heavy sixers I have just listed my spare. It is how I brought it and the seller thought it was just a common old Atari The PSU I am sure is the original shape and the joysticks are original, the paddles like with both UK systems I have are only 1978 editions. Cheers!!

I think the real way to tell if like me you are lucky anough to find them boxed, the boxes are slightly different and there are UK stamps on it. The powerpack is also a good way like I state before one of mine comes with a cheery leisure / Atari branded PSU and the other a rare shape Ingersol both I strongly susspect are original PAL heavy issues. I will say that it seems we never had the first year paddles as both my boxed heavies never had these ( I got a pair from USA to make it look good the one I got the other day did have original sticks. I also have the lighter six with the RCA plug ( TV switch box included ) I call these the cross between the two consoles and they where short lived in 1978. There are 3 sixers in the UK and of course I have them all boxed complete like new Cheers!

Sounds like its come straight from a scrap yard There seem to be many different stickers and mismatched consoles, the only people who could answer all our questions is a Supervisor/worker on the shop/factory floor at atari from 1978 - 1982 I just found a yellow label and it states its made by Dimerco Electronics so there are Yellow sunnys and yellow Taiwan. Think they just ran out of white colour labels one day.

The heavy in UK did come with the US style TV plug and a switch box yes. Another word on this is that it looks like the Atari was sold by a company called Cherry Leisure hense there sticker on the end of the box, they have also have there name on the Atari branded powerpack. Must have been a UK disrtributer like CGL. Well think that proves its original pal and I am looking for more info on Cheery leisure at the moment. Cheers!!
