sorry for not replying for so long .iwas busy ,sadly here in germany 5200s are kinda hard to get and i also wanted to learn through this project more about 3d printing and modeling thats why i didnt went with the original stuff. also my reason of making this is that the 5200 is such a piece of shit that they would never make a flashback .so this was more of a joke project

So the Controller case was a fail. Need some internal redesign.....

The console is very small compared to the 5200 my 3d printer plate is just 22cm. And iam gonna bondo and sand the console

Big update, i printed every part and glued them togehther. Iam pretty happy with the result and i did some test fitting with the electronics

I geard up with a 3d printer. And now iam trying to print a prototyp case for the raspberry pi

My stuff has finally arived and i got the Arduino Leonardo running as a Gamepad .i used the code from tinkerboy /https://www.tinkerboy.xyz/how-to-program-the-pro-micro-atmega32u4-as-a-usb-gamepad-controller-with-arduino/ and now i have 14 buttons and one analog stick .

iam just expirementing with the arduino.my keypad has not arrived yet so iam stuck with testing buttons

i use this picture as my reference and i planned them to go like this iam still figuring out on how i design the internals of the controller

this project has become a mess so iam gonna clean up a little bit and reveal my plans so i thought everything over and decided to start the case over again . i 3D sculptet one ,the case is based of the atari 5200 micro from thingieverse the controller is completley sculpted by me . my plans are: -3D printing a case -3d printing a controller -building a arduino atmega 32u4 based controller i found a very similar looking keypad on amazon and i also bought some buttons and a joystick.so i have to wait for my packages to arrive
