Just tryed Username password and filled out the Billing but came to the same result

video of what is going on it seems simple but i still can't login.

No one can offer any help? if I can't log on from my computer I can't download games to SD for my portable.

I can go to both forum and store on my phone. Unfortunately when i go to my computer it lets me on the forum but i can't log into the store. I go to login and it doesn't login to store side Thx, Twoforty
