  1. Awesome! Thought it was something like that, but wanted to confirm since I'm new to this. Thanks for the info
  2. Alright. All I really wanted to confirm was that as long as the IC # (such as C010444-11D) is the same, they are effectively the same.
  3. Not quite what I was looking for. I know what each chip does, was just wondering about what the other labels on them, such as the 8242 on the bottom chip above, signified. Thanks though! Thanks for this link, looks really helpful for troubleshooting
  4. I'm relatively new to Atari repair, currently trying to order replacement I.C.'s for my Rev. 16 Atari 2600, but am having some trouble figuring out which labels mean what on each chip. Attached is an image of the chips on my 2600. From what I gather, the C0... label is the part number, but what do the other two(or one in the case of the middle chip) labels signify? And more importantly, do they have any relationship with the type of chip it is? Thanks!
  5. Ok. I'm currently looking into getting one from Best Electronics, but don't know for sure yet if they have that chip. If you do have one let me know.
  6. I have an Atari 2600(Vader), revision 16, with a dead TIA chip. Labeling of chip is TSU C010444-11D. Need a replacement.
