I had a game in it, but it flashed INSERT GAME and immediately went right off. Good to know the power supply isn't running too high. I have never run on AC the whole time I have owned my Lynx, maybe the AC barrel went bad? It worked on batteries before, and wouldn't work on batteries after.

I bought a lynx power adapter, and the first time I plugged it in, my lynx powered on for a second, then never again. I checked the voltage on the power adapter it it shows 12v, not the expected 9v. What part should I change first to attempt to repair my beloved Lynx II? Please help me I should have tested the PSU first..... grrr

I know Greg, he is a bit of a recluse anymore and lives in the woods somewhere in Michigan. Last I spoke with him was May 29th and since his phone is disconnected. He goes long periods without internet, I think, but always answers my emails eventually.
