  1. I feel a little dumber after reading that AI generated item description.
  2. Those are gorgeous. Wish I had a few less bills this month.
  3. Just saw your ebay listings for this stuff parted out. 299.99 299.99 299.99 199.99 199.99 99.99 ------------ 1,199.95 dollars total Wow.
  4. My personal Holy Grail is a complete set of the original Infocom titles for the good 'ol TI-99/4A. I only came to this realization recently. There's something so cool about the text experience, and the Infocom guys really knew how to augment it with 'feelies'. Plus, the TI got to hang with the big boys (Apple II, C64, Atari 8 bit, MS-DOS, etc.) on those early titles--too cool. I'd also like to pick up a copy of Dragon's Lair. It's such a technical achievement. Unfortunately I had way too many bills at the time it came out. Ah well, now I get to hunt for one.
  5. I'm really enjoying watching you program this game in real time. Thanks for letting us come along for the ride. 🙂
  6. It's hard for me not to say TI Invaders, such a great conversion. I also spent tons of time playing Chess, Car Wars, and Tombstone City. I would give an honorable mention to Blasto for being such a great two player 'quickie'.
  7. I'm getting rid of some stuff that's not worth the trouble of selling. I hope its of use to someone. Just a couple of caveats. Please only take an item if your have a spot for it in your personal collection. Also, please be patient with my shipping time on these freebies. First up, Recipe Filer for the Coleco Adam and Buck Rogers for the Coleco Adam. These are untested. I'll split them if necessary to find good homes. GONE.
  8. I'd like a Tomy Tutor. I saw one at a flea market once, but didn't get it--wish I had. I've always liked Tomy toys.
  9. Thanks so much for selling her back to me Cody. It's really cool that you took time and explored the Studio II hardware and games. That really is the best kind of collecting. In that same spirit, I'll be trying out some homebrews straight away. 😊
  10. I had a fantastic time at the fair. The presentations were a lot of fun. I have to say that 99er's are a generous lot and I want to thank you guys. Vic gave me thumb drive which I believe is a repository of volumes upon volumes of TI newsletters. I got a box full of great TI publications for next to nothing--thanks to the seller. I'm embarrassed to say I missed your name. I bought a sealed copy of The Chicken from Thomas Perkowitz of Tomputer Software, and he threw in a pile of software manuals for various Tomputer games. And perhaps most exciting was a great deal I got on a 1 MB SuperAMS card from Jim (ksarul). Plus, he's generously giving me a disk controller card that I sorely need. Thanks big time. This was my first time at the Chicago fair and I'm really looking forward to next year's.
