    Ya the frying Atari 2600 was the first “glitch” on a console that I did back in 1984. but the first “glitch trick” I’ve ever done on a console would be the “Minus World” on super Mario bros on the Nintendo NES in 1987! I remember learning about it through word of mouth. And it took me soooo many hours to pull it off cuz I wasn’t sure how it was done exactly.

    Ya I did that too 😂 that’s probably the first glitch trick on the console. Like around 1984-85 like getting ninja pitfall!!!

    1985 Paperboy. This is what I’ve seen. This tall black guy was telling people to do it but couldn’t. Then he plays and pulls it off and it blew my mind!!! At the end of the course when you get to the stand there’s a little pathway to the left of the stand. You go thru there and you enter a glitch like version of the bonus area! 1991 Street Fighter II. I pulled off Guile’s Invisible throw glitch trick.

    Activision should of added multiplier in their games in the 80’s. Getting the perfect score is tidious and grueling ?

      There are exceptions.  Pitfall II only takes about 10 to 11 minutes once you've memorized the course which doesn't

      take too long.

    Is it possible to play pitfall! On attract mode? Like each screen will be a colorful attract mode design while playing? I think this would be an interesting new way to challenge yourself in playing. Please create it if you have the skills! This is a request ?? Note on the picture I achieved the perfect game! Yippee!!!
