That poor PEB has seen better days. Both corners in the back are crushed in. The top, front has a chunk missing out of it.

I have never seen that before. It looks Silver to me just like the Silver color of the PEB.

I personally have found that a lot of NOS 5.25 disks that I have purchased in the past went bad or were flaky out of the box. I started only buying NEW 5.25 floppies since that time but have not purchased any in awhile. Does Athana still sell new floppies? I use to purchase a lot from them.

I have sold 2 PEB's in the last year and a half and shipped them both via FedEx Ground. My shipping costs through them averaged close to $60 each time due to the weight and size.
