I'll throw my own words of reassurance in too. I dealt with Jurgen on an order to North America last year and he was completely reliable, and very accommodating with several questions, out-of-the-box requests, and even a follow-up months later. I would urge the person who is suspecting fraud to see all the AA users vouching for Jurgen. -Peter.
