  1. I found this guy that had the same question as me. In short, yes, my diagram is correct.
  2. Okay, I feel really dumb... I ordered a preassembled kit from MiSTer addons...and...I can't figure out how I would plug it in. I have the digital I/O board...so I don't think I need the splitter/inline power switch. Do I daisy chain the DE10-Nano to the USB, then plug the power into the digital I/O board? Or do I just plug the power into the I/O Board? I don't want to plug something in wrong and damage something. So asking here first...
  3. It's hard to keep track of all the AtGames Genesis Flashback releases and their various flaws, but 2018 had wireless controllers, right? Weren't those the ones that literally would miss the button press every time you pressed it, making the games practically unplayable?
  4. The most reasonable reason I've heard is that while digital is definitely a large part of their revenue stream, B&M is still significant. If they regularly or always discounted their digital, it would piss off B&M and they would stop carrying them.
  5. Ah, okay - no judgement here - I like the idea of "owning" the cart, but was wondering if people preferred the cart for ripping purposes or it had an extra game or something else that I was missing.
  6. I'm reading this thread, and trying to understand why some people really prefer the physical over the digital? Is it just preference? Or is there something better about the physical copy (other than, I guess you can sell it later?) I don't really have a preference one way or the other...I like physical as it isn't tied to your account, but digital means I don't have to get up and change the cartridge out if I want to play, so it is more convenient. Is there something else I'm missing?
  7. Has anyone tried these cheap little hand helds out? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F3ZVPHY/?coliid=I1VCMQC97K647N&colid=IWPQESIMGL05&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it If they have enough legit games (even if it isn't the whole library) and a decent dpad/buttons, I could see them being great for kids. I can find very little info on them other than just places you can buy them.
  8. Yay, finally approved to post! So I wanted to ask, as it has been really hard to find a good review of this is - how is the dpad and buttons on the Blaze portable? I've held off getting an Atari Flashback Portable, as it sounded like the dpad was seriously screwed up. This has much nicer aesthetics than the Portable, but can't load games, but if the dpad and buttons are good, maybe it is worth it?
